The food quality was excellent! Fresh and delicious. I ordered a fish wrap, mint lemonade, and then a lemon bar to-go. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and comfortable.

I had the grilled shrimp salad and a slice of carrot cake. The food was wonderful. Super nice people and great service. There is no shortage of fried and shiny food in Hot Springs... and it was nice to find something on the healthy side but still splurge on dessert. Nice job, Cafe 1217

I ordered the Beet salad to go, which is one of my favorite treats. The Greek salad was amazing. My coworker had the shrimp salad and loved it. I tried the Egg salad sandwich and paired it with their delicious couscous salad. Every bite I've had here has been amazing. The poblano pimento cheese with tomato soup was perfection. Voir le carte

The food was ridiculously good! We stopped in for lunch and I wish I could of tried everything! I got the grilled cheese with a side of tomato basil soup. My husband got their daily special which was a bacon cheese burger and their house chips. I'm not a big burger fan but wow, that was one of the best, tastiest, juiciest burgers I've ever tried!

This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. It's a must-visit for anyone who is gluten-free. I had a sandwich on gluten-free bread, which was fantastic, and the tomato soup was also a must-try. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure to inform me that the chips were fried in the same oil as gluten items and offering me a substitute. They even have gluten-free desserts available.

My husband and I are visiting Hot Springs for our 25 year anniversary. We stopped in Cafe 1217 for a sweet treat to enjoy back at the hotel after dinner and I have to say their desserts are super delicious. On top of that, the staff was friendly and kind. For us, that's just as important as the quality of the food and they did not disappoint. I definitely will return to try something off their lunch menu on our next visit. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The establishment is clean, well-lit, and centrally located. The atmosphere is positive and inviting. The food was surprisingly delicious and the service was extremely fast. This place is awesome!! No wonder one of the staff members has worked here since the year 2000. Parking was a little tight but manageable. They had a variety of items on the menu and fresh food made daily. I most definitely recommend Cafe 1217 to anybody that lives in or is visiting the Hot Springs area.

The Dirty Martini salad at Cafe 1217 is without a doubt the best salad I have ever had. I have traveled extensively and lived in Dallas for 20 years, so I have experienced many top-notch restaurants. The ingredients are fresh and the menu changes monthly to reflect the season. The majority of items on the menu are gluten-free, which is perfect for me. I am thrilled to have discovered this cafe and although I live an hour away, I will make regular trips to Hot Springs just to dine here. I wish there was a location in Little Rock, but the drive is definitely worth it. I highly recommend Cafe 1217 to anyone who enjoys healthy, gluten-free dining. The service was outstanding as well.

If you love fresh, delicious and healthy home made foods- this place has it all. Check out their menu online as it changes monthly for the seasons which I really love and appreciate. The atmosphere is a cozy, fun, diner style where you order at the counter where you can see all kinds of sides and entrees to choose from- or you can order off the chalk board menu on the wall. I got the salad sampler where you can choose from three to four sides in the counter case (Top shelf only) and then it also comes with a small salad.
