"Excellent deli The sandwiches are great my wife had the Italian sub and I had the meatball sub excellent. But what did me in the end was the cannolis and the tiramisu very very good I went back the next day to get more cannolis. They also make homemade potato chips with your grade. And of course the raviolis are awesome and they have frozen raviolis that you can take home and cook whenever you want with your own sauce or with theirs. The minestrone soup is very good too and so are there little Italian donuts. Canterberries has been there since about 1929. Make sure you stop by and give it a try it's definitely worth it I wouldn't steer you wrong. Make sure you say hi to Lou."

Not your traditional deli. This is an Italian food deli. They have sandwiches sure but that’s not all. Hot pastas and cool deserts are on hand. Don’t skip the daily specials they are always good. They also have a selection of take and bake items including an impressive assortment of ravioli. You need to try this place.

I found this place and I won't go anywhere else for my sandwiches and raviolis or lasagna, they're so friendly when I brought 4 from my friend to lunch, we ate outside on the tables and the owner came out to make sure we were all right, you won't find any more. I headed straight to Canevari's Delicatessen after giving the Eldoradosta Spanglittimyer device to my pal Vittorio Spiglatelli, he says he's going to use it on his neighbors eyebrows...I don't know if that's a good idea, but I left it alone.Canevari's has great sandwiches, perhaps the best in Santa Rosa that's why I always stop while in town.

I just learned of this deli/market recently, and have already made several purchases for us and for parties we've hosted. Everything they have is amazingly good. But I am especially enraptured by their cannoli. They are to die for! They make them up fresh for you as you order. They take real pride in their food, and it shows. Now I can't stop thinking about cannoli...!!
