The best chicken enchiladas soup .. the server who served us today is such a sweet guy

I always love going to Chili's. Positive vibes and decent food. They also have one of the best **** Mary mixes.

I got a steak meal here for $25. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. It’s a chilis so it’s completely average besides the price. I should have just given the gift card I had as a gift instead. The staff was nice though. I’ll probably go back if I get another gift card for here. Voir le carte

Prior to that incident, I had ordered the 3 for $10.99 deal and asked for soup without knowing the available options. Instead of kindly informing me about the soup choices, she sarcastically asked what I wanted, using a rude tone and gestures. This made me feel uncomfortable, as if my presence was a burden to her. Overall, the atmosphere at this Chili's was not welcoming. Fortunately, our waitress was eventually replaced. I would advise against being served by an older waitress with long grey hair if you decide to dine at this location.

We went into the restaurant and it was half empty but taking a long time to seat people. Was a bit worried that they were very short staffed . But I could see a manager checking the restaurant, cleaning tables and telling the host where to seat people. Once we were given a table, the service was excellent with the person I assume was the manager, even refilling our chips. The food was quick and delicious. Although I figured the entire experience would be long, it was amazingly fast and efficient! Definitely worth waiting for a table when you know the service once sat would be fantastic!

Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed it wasn't very crowded, yet there was a noticeable delay in seating guests. I began to worry that they might be understaffed. However, I spotted a manager actively inspecting the restaurant, clearing tables, and guiding the host on seating assignments. Once we were finally seated, the service was outstanding, with the manager even coming over to refill our chips. Our food arrived quickly and was delightful. Contrary to my initial concerns, the whole dining experience turned out to be surprisingly efficient. Very empty and we noticed that the reason why it was probably empty at 5 59 on a monday right next to a busy area cause of one waitress. Who decided to brush my family members off. And then we asked for something to go with our meal and waitress told us she got it but the family members didnt come with the choice they decided for . I recently dined at this restaurant and I was very pleased with my experience, particularly because of their 3 for $10 deal. Since my company has moved to Simi Valley, I've been trying out different dining options in the area, especially since we don't have a fridge at the office yet. I ordered online tonight and experienced a frustrating curbside pickup. Upon arrival, I followed the sign's advice to relax and wait, but after 15 minutes, I noticed four employees in the checkout area, including the manager, chatting instead of assisting. I saw the customer in the car next to us leave with his food, and he didn't look happy, which raised my concerns. After a while, I sent my son inside to check on our order.
