"I ordered online tonight and experienced a frustrating curbside pickup. Upon arrival, I followed the sign's advice to relax and wait, but after 15 minutes, I noticed four employees in the checkout area, including the manager, chatting instead of assisting. I saw the customer in the car next to us leave with his food, and he didn't look happy, which raised my concerns. After a while, I sent my son inside to check on our order. Five minutes later, I went in myself and discovered that the system only allows for card payments when tips are included, which I felt was unnecessary since we weren't dining in and no one had acknowledged our presence. When I checked our bag, I realized they had forgotten part of our order, and I was glad I had listened to my instincts. I also asked for sour cream, only to be informed that it would cost extra, despite never having been charged for it during previous dine-in visits. The manager dismissively told me he wouldn’t waive the charge since I had tipped. When I finally got home, the food was disappointing. The queso was watery and greasy, with only a few beans in it. I will definitely be returning tomorrow to voice my complaints. I believe that if I'm spending money on food, I deserve quality in return. This was not worth what I paid!"

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's actually more affordable to dine here than at a fast-food place. They have a fantastic “3 for me” menu starting at just $10, which includes a drink, an appetizer or salad, and an entrée. We also signed up for their rewards program, and I highly recommend it; we’ve already accumulated points for some freebies. Every time we've visited this location, the service has been excellent. We’ve enjoyed quick drink refills and prompt service every single time!

We went into the restaurant and it was half empty but taking a long time to seat people. Was a bit worried that they were very short staffed . But I could see a manager checking the restaurant, cleaning tables and telling the host where to seat people. Once we were given a table, the service was excellent with the person I assume was the manager, even refilling our chips. The food was quick and delicious. Although I figured the entire experience would be long, it was amazingly fast and efficient! Definitely worth waiting for a table when you know the service once sat would be fantastic!

However, I spotted a manager actively inspecting the restaurant, clearing tables, and guiding the host on seating assignments. Very empty and we noticed that the reason why it was probably empty at 5 59 on a monday right next to a busy area cause of one waitress. Who decided to brush my family members off.
