Waitress (Olivia) was not customer service driven. Felt like she hid out in the kitchen most of the time instead of checking on us and other tables. Had to ask other waitresses to help us. She was better toward the end. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly breakfast spot, this place is a winner! I recently dined in and loved the inviting atmosphere. The best part of my meal was definitely the Biscuits and Gravy — they were simply delicious! Perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. I wish I had taken pictures! it was all so delicious. simply order the regular pancakes they are really the best! they taste like pancakes. only mine, and I cost the time. a bit of everything for all! next year I could be here first for my Christmas shopping. . started my Christmas shopping this year went to cracker barrel. they had some great tasty great prizes and great sales in their business! and they had the best cream cheese filled pancakes ever! My wife and I enjoyed the meatloaf lunch special, and it was delicious with fantastic flavor. The mashed potatoes with gravy and fried okra were also a real treat—so good! The service was outstanding; despite the restaurant being a bit busy, we only waited about five minutes. The staff were friendly and attentive. We always love the excellent home-cooked meals here and have never experienced any issues or bad food. And make sure to order extra biscuits and cornbread muffins—they're a must-have! As for accessibility, there is a wheelchair access at the front entrance.

It had been 15 years since I had visited a Cracker Barrel and it looks like i will be keeping that choice of not eating here. When we visited it was busy and we ordered a sirloin steak and fried chicken both with house salads. I like my salads early like an appetizer so my food is still warm. The salad came out with the food and the wrong dressing so our food began to cool while we waited for the correct dressing. My sirloin steak was ordered medium rare and on one end it was but due to it only being 1/2 thick, the other end was well done. I ordered the shrimp with hush puppies. My husband ordered the fried chicken and the waiter came back and said that they could not cook that at that time of night, it was just after 8pm. He ordered the chicken fried chicken. We got our food in around 5 minutes. His was ok, but my shrimp and hush puppies were dark and looked like they had been in a warming tray all afternoon. I think that they dumped all the leftovers from the day on my plate. I could not even finish it! There were others that came in after we did, but it seemed that everyone was more interested in going home than giving a customer a good experience.
