"Vickie our server was awesome!!!! The owner was awful!!! She sat at a table on her phone unless someone came in. Instead of updating the wine list to show the correct pricing or having the place cleaned. She was not friendly . We ordered a $16 dollar bottle of wine, when we received the bill it was $18.... We asked our server and she talked to the owner who said it was $18 because it was a different brand. Not my fault you misrepresented the product. When we proceeded to check out, you do that at the door, I questioned the price and the owner then came over to change it, at which point the bill doubled and the cashier had to say something. Finally got it straightened out but never an apology from the owner. Food was mediocre, ordered the fried ravioli, looked as thought it came from the freezer section at a grocery store and was microwaved. Pizza was average. Garlic knots were good. Also, the place needs a thorough cleaning!!!! Dust so thick you can cut it! I feel the owner has given up!!!"

"my man and I stayed in the city for a few days and stayed in a resort for our jubiläum. on a laune we decided to go to breakfast and try this place. we love smaller restaurants because they have always proven to be more welcoming. this place was not disappointed. I had the philly cheese steak omelet with loaded hashbrowns and a keks and gravy. my man had the fungus dick burger omelett with the same sides. such huge portions, we took our rest back with us and enjoyed another breakfast next morning. it was delicious! many thanks for a friendly atmosphere. when we come back through the city, this will be on our list to stop!"

"During my recent visit to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, I ordered chicken strips for the family, except for our youngest who wanted a cheeseburger with just ketchup. We also asked for extra gravy with our meals. However, when we got home and unpacked, the cheeseburger had only pickles instead of the requested toppings. Additionally, we received two milks instead of one milk and one Sprite. The gravy looked like plain milk at first, but on closer look, there was a thick layer of what was supposed to be gravy settled at the bottom of the container—I’ve attached photos for reference. When I called to report these issues, an employee said the gravy was made in the microwave rather than the usual way. While I understand equipment can fail, it would have been helpful to be told this when ordering. I don’t usually complain at restaurants since everyone can have off days, but this has happened repeatedly, and the food quality has declined so much that I wouldn’t feel comfortable serving it to anyone. It seems they may need new management or better staff to ensure quality meals. Perhaps offering better pay could help attract good employees. Unfortunately, the food quality has really gone downhill; until a few months ago, I had never had any complaints about this place."

"I enjoy Arby's for its fresh flavors, especially the Market Fresh sandwiches and roast beef. Unfortunately, this particular Arby’s has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The sandwich was soggy, the turkey was moist but not smoked, and the curly fries were burnt and crumbled into small pieces. On a positive note, the iced tea was good. This location is inside a Love's truck stop. The women's restroom was decent, and I appreciated the presence of a toilet seat liner. However, my partner mentioned that the men's restroom was not clean. Additionally, our navigation system led us to the wrong entrance; the best approach is to take the left turn lane at the traffic light. Overall, I recommend looking for another place to eat."
