It was 10 minutes before close and they were so nice. Made me a chocolate cone and added strawberries to it to make my day. Dominic was very nice . Everyone working that night was.

The best tasting burger I have had in a very long time! Even over some of the high end restaurants! PLEASE consider delivery in the very near future or put a store closer to the fairgrounds!

Kind weird rolling up an hour before close on a weeknight, none of the exterior lights were on, including the drive thru menu. My vanilla malt was just a vanilla shake, and the cheese curds were super salty. Voir le carte

My first time Culver is three nights ago. Line was long, but you have to expect this from a Culver because how many people want it. My only complaint is that they are not a few ketchup packs in my bag other than those, the burgers are very tasty

We eat here pretty often and it never disappoints! Although, today we were lucky and Rachel helped us. She was absolutely hilarious and such a ray of sunshine. She made our experience absolutely perfect! Thank you so much Rachel, have a very merry Christmas!

I was drawn in by their "custard of the day" sign. A few days earlier, I had the raspberry cheesecake, and it was absolutely to die for! This time, I tried the caramel pecan pie, and it was another delicious experience! I'm excited for my next amazing treat from them. Voir le carte

GREAT NEWS!! My son and I went to your 1820 22nd St West Des Moines, Iowa location. We were greeted exceptionally by Hailey your Assistant Manager. She was fantastic through the entire process. It costs no money to be nice and give dignity and respect. She and her crew were exceptional. Hailey Exemplifies Exceptional Service. She is a keeper!!

This place can't even get 2 scoops of custard together. I have never seen such a cluster and a half in my lifetime. Even in TX you have better trained staff, and better operations. I will never patronize a Culvers here again. Just a joke. The manager,has zero organizations skills, and was not doing anything while the rest to the staff were at least trying to get orders in andget orders out for waiting customers. Im giving them zero for service and for delivery, which I ended up leaving after almost a.20 minute wait for ice cream. I think a manager change here would make a big difference.

We ordered 3 cement mixers off the website to be picked up at 7pm tonight! We notified them we had arrived at the restaurant parking lot. We sat in our vehicle for almost 30 minutes before we had to go into the restaurant to inquire about our order! Noone had a clue where our order was. We showed them our receipt on our phone and after several minutes of looking for our orderthey noticed our cement mixers were sitting on the counter. The ice cream was melted so we had to ask for 3 new cement mixers. Once remade they were the wrong flavors. No apologies, nothing! Not sure we will be getting Culver?s ice cream from this oneagain!
