I was in there for the first time, I was impressed with the customer service and the quality of food it was fresh hot ! Had to go through the drive through THREE times to get our order correct. All doors were locked. Why is this so hard to read a screen and make a damn order?? I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant today! Every staff member I encountered was delightful. From the helpful gentleman who answered the phone this morning to the cheerful woman who assisted me when I arrived, and even the gentleman who personalized my birthday cake—all of them made my day with their kindness. The customer service was truly exceptional! I was genuinely impressed!

This restaurant is in a fantastic location and is always bustling due to being the only fast food option in the area. Although the lines can get long, they move quickly. My only issue is that lately, the staff at the drive-thru has been quite aggressive in asking for tips. I typically don’t see tipping as part of the fast food experience, although I did try to tip more during the pandemic to support the workers. I just feel that asking for tips in this way is a bit excessive.

I ordered through the drive-thru and was instructed to pull into the waiting area, as my food would take a few minutes. That was fine. I parked next to another car that had been waiting for a while. We continued to wait and wait. Eventually, the driver next to us got out and went to the door. When he returned to his car with his food, he mentioned that they had forgotten about him. So, we decided to get out and check as well, and sure enough, they had overlooked our order too. Once we finally got home and started eating our burgers, they tasted overwhelmingly of propane from the grill. It was absolutely disgusting. Voir le carte
