Dunkin' - Carte

I had lunch at Dunkin' and was impressed by their menu options. The English Muffin and Donuts are highly recommended and affordable, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person.

Yesterday, I had to throw away my food because it was contaminated with maggots and dirt. This issue needs to be addressed, but every time I try to call, the line is constantly busy.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Especially from the 50 year old lady who decided it was okay to swear at customers. Imagine having 20 year old who have better customer service skills that people who were in the ?Golden Age?

This is the perfect spot for coffee at 3:30 AM. I placed a takeout order, and the food was casual. The prices are quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would give the service a strong 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere also merits a 4. I definitely recommend trying the bagels!

I realize that this issue isn't limited to just this Dunkin' drive-thru, but waiting 25 minutes for only four cars is really too much. If I hadn't placed my order in advance, I would have certainly driven away. It's also disappointing that you can't get a donut after noon—it's Dunkin' Donuts, after all! The restaurant features a wonderfully cozy ambiance, complemented by exceptional food and top-notch service. The staff is both friendly and efficient. I visited for brunch, and the prices ranged from $1 to $10 per person. I would give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the croissant, the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, the Wake Up Wrap with egg and cheese, and the Dunkin' Refreshers.

I'm fairly new to the area, but I've quickly become a regular at this café. I stop by at least twice a day for my mocha pumpkin iced macchiato. The staff is always amazing! The gentleman I see almost every morning at the drive-thru is fantastic and always remembers to give me a large straw. The wait time here is better than at many other locations I’ve visited (I have a bit of a Dunkin' obsession and have tried many places, even worked at a few). This spot is definitely my new favorite!

I usually order a medium Caramel Swirl iced coffee, but recently the staff haven't been mixing it properly, so the caramel always settles at the bottom and I have to ask them to stir it. Also, yesterday was National Coffee Day with a promotion for a free medium hot or iced coffee. When I ordered, the employee tried to charge me for the iced coffee. I reminded her the promotion was supposed to be free, but she said it hadn’t been working all day. I insisted I should get it free, and she finally gave in. It actually worked, but I don’t trust people who act like that—I’m worried they might be charging customers and keeping the money. I’m thinking about reporting this to corporate. Voir le carte
