The spicy chicken is always delicious, and the mini churros are to die for. The staff is always friendly, and service is always with a smile, and very prompt.

It's the only fast-food restaurant that deserves a five-star rating, even compared to some great dining options. The cleanliness is impressive, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere exceeds expectations. Voir le carte

This place is always busy for a reason, the staff make the food well and quickly. I 've been to other locations and they haven 't been half as good as this one. Don 't come here in a hurry, and you 'll get some very well made fast food

This Jack in the Box is The Best one in the greater St. Louis metro, bar none! I will drive 15 miles 1-way just to get my tacos from here. They Will make your order with any modifications that you request correctly every time. No mistakes.

I visited the restaurant this evening and encountered a blonde lady at the window whose name I didn’t catch, and I also didn’t receive a receipt, which was surprising. I ordered tiny tacos, but they only included ten items, one of which was just a tortilla chip. It seems like the cook needs to improve their counting skills or at least be able to recognize a taco. When I requested buttermilk, the staff member snapped back, saying it was in the bag. Unfortunately, she included avocado lime sauce instead. I believe she should be let go for this error. Typically at this location the food and service is mediocre. Either the order isn't correct or there's condiments/sauce missing. However tonight's experience was exceptional!!! My order which is always very specific was absolutely perfect. Crew members Zelda Anna were very polite and went the extra mile to ensure that my order was not only correct but also hot and ready in a timely manner. I've been visiting this location for the better part of the last 10 years. And this particular visit has been the better than any of the prior ones. Please do whatever it takes to continue offering visits as good as this one was.

It’s disheartening that I can’t bring my grandchildren to Jack in the Box for a meal without being subjected to discussions about drug use—especially from the people who are preparing our food. The troubling part is that it’s the newer cooks who seem to be the problem, particularly during the daytime shift. I genuinely hope that these employees are taking proper hygiene precautions before handling food. Hearing them boast about their mother’s comments regarding their drug use is deeply alarming. Additionally, I noticed a sign indicating that employees are no longer allowed to close the dining area. **Original Review:** My daughter and I just returned from this restaurant, where she ordered the bacon cheddar potato wedges. Unfortunately, there was only a small amount of cheese and bacon on one wedge, while the rest were completely plain. I don’t typically leave complaints because I work in the food industry and understand that mistakes can happen, but this is the second time I've encountered issues with my order at this location. A few months ago, I was missing an item that I had paid for, but I chose to overlook it. This time, however, I feel like I'm just wasting money, as twice now I've paid for items or extra toppings and not received them. I'm not trying to be petty over the lack... Voir le carte
