The restaurant was bustling with customers, and the waiting staff did their best to attend to most, if not all, of them. My to-go order took a little longer than expected due to the crowd, but the staff was amazing with their customer service, and I received my order shortly after.

The service was incredibly fast. Our server was friendly and helpful. We tried the pickle chips, and they were really delicious. I'm a big fan of pickle chips, but I can't stand them when they're broken or battered. We also ordered a Cobb salad and a half-pound cheeseburger, both of which were great! We would definitely stop by again!

Good, but really inconsistent with takeout orders. I often get salad to-go; and despite ordering the same salad every time, it is never the same. Sometimes there's bread. Sometimes there's a lot of lettuce. Sometimes there's a single strip of fried onion. It is a good salad nonetheless, but $13 is a hefty price for a relatively small serving and lack of consistency. I have 20 years of experience in the service industry. cooked, managed and served. and I don't want me to sit where I remember my own business at the bar and I can't help but notice that one of their workers killed it. she's a manager named alonna, and she's worth three employees with her work ethic. tbh should never be asked if she works because her work is a good quality work for an hour. shout after mallory has great customer service skills. would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing time and some games at the bar. 10/10. kelly no bad barkeeper either

Not a single employee wears a mask. Locos used to be a family favorite, sadly not anymore. The prices increase (long before 2021) and the value/size of the food continues to decrease. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY- wrong orders and missing items ALWAYS. I used to order it all the time, never again. The food always comes to the house soggy and cold. Also, there is a lot of plastic waste with to go orders. There are two long time employees that are amazing, JJ and Tyler. They’re the best. I won’t be eating there anymore, but if you ever have the pleasure of seeing JJ or Tyler, tip them well.

Wow, I am truly impressed by this place! My partner and I decided to dine here on a whim, and it turned out to be the best decision! We hadn't had the best experiences at restaurants in Athens, but this one has quickly become my favorite. The service was excellent and quick, and the food was absolutely delicious! I had a hard time choosing what to order because everything sounded so tempting. My partner opted for the fried shrimp po' boy sandwich, which was fantastic, accompanied by Cajun fries and pickles. I ordered the blackened teriyaki salmon with a loaded baked potato and a massive salad. Everything was delightful, and I can't wait to return to try their shrimp tacos and other menu item... Why do you even offer take out service? Had placed order and was told 25 minutes but it was Friday night so not unexpected. Arrived at store and was told would be another 10-15 minutes. Ok, but really? The order was sandwiches and chicken wings. Waited another 30 minutes in store and asked for them to check on my order. Was told one of the sandwiches was taking a little longer to prepare. Really?? Its a SANDWICH. On top of that, this is all bar food, not gourmet dishes. They offered to comp the sandwich that was holding up everything but it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. REALLY? I was a hour into this so I Cancelled the order. My new go to for my shrimp craving fix. The grilled shrimp plate is a recent addition to the menu, and it is wonderful! Large shrimp, large portion, not over cooked or dry. There's a yummy dipping sauce, but you don't need it, as they're grilled in a buttery seasoning. There's probably about 8 large shrimp, no skimpy little appetizer size portion, leaving one craving more. Consistently good the 3 times I've had the dish. Comes in fried also. I got broccoli and black beans. Their broccoli is less dry and blah since they've started putting a bit of butter or oil on it. The black beans are also more stepped up.
