What a great meal! Prime rib blackened Oscar style was amazing! I don't think I even needed a knife! Food was OK for prices. Heard prime rib was excellent. To me, just like all others even at lower price. Crab cake very good, seared tuna was boring. Beth was excellent. The food at this restaurant was outstanding! Our server was fantastic and the overall ambiance was fantastic. We will definitely be returning. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was over $100. The prime rib and crab cakes, as well as the hot backfin crab dip, come highly recommended. My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight and we had an amazing experience! Our server Michael was friendly, entertaining, and knew the menu very well. The oysters were the best we've ever tasted, and it was fascinating to learn where they were sourced from. We will definitely come back! 1st visit to Mr. P's where I received exceptional service. This is one of the best dining experiences in Southport. Trinity was amazing explaining the specials. I highly recommend the Blue Crab, Oysters 3X3 and the crab dip enjoyed with a glass of Caymus Cabernet. I also recommend the Blackened Tuna with asparagus as a main entree. The Key Lime pie was the best and is homemade! What a pleasant surprise! We were coming up the Gulf Stream and needed to duck into the nearest port to get away from some nasty weather and touched dry land for the first time in 2.5 days. Based on the marina’s recommendation we decided to give this place a try. It’s amazing on every way! Amazing staff! Amazing food! Amazing drinks! Amazing atmosphere!
