This may be the best vegan banh mi I have ever tried. You can choose to have it made with Impossible "pork" or tofu.

Probably the best Bahn Mi I’ve had in LA. The place is clean, the staff is quick, and the food is so, so good. Will definitely be coming back.

I ordered via Doordash. Bomb Bahn mi was very filling for lunch. It was very tasty and satisfying. Will definitely order again and maybe visit the place one of these days.

I absolutely adored this restaurant. As a primarily raw vegan, I found it very easy to find options to eat here. I chose to build my own bowl with a salad base, adding tofu, various fresh vegetable toppings, dressing, and a vegan vinaigrette. It was incredibly tasty. I also appreciate that they were mindful of MSG, which I am sensitive to, though the only items with MSG were the meats which I wouldn't have eaten anyway.
