Once again, I have to tip my hat to The Nordic. I have been visiting this establishment for over 10 years now and I must say I’ve never ever been disappointed. The Nordic is one of the best seafood places that I have ever been to. Some people think it's pricey but I think it's worth it. After our feast, we treated ourselves to coffee along with half slices of cheesecake and pecan pie. It’s wonderful to eat in a place where everyone seems to be having a great time. The restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and well-lit. We even brought our own scissors to help us get through the shellfish more quickly. This was my third visit, all the way from Texas, and I can’t wait to come back again soon!

We had a very enjoyable experience at the seafood buffet. The staff was excellent and the selection was impressive, although I did wish they still offered King Crab on the buffet. I ordered a medium rare filet, but it was more well done than I expected. I usually don't pay too much attention to these things, but at $135 per person, I think it’s fair to be a bit more particular. The grounds were lovely, featuring hammocks, cornhole, a beach volleyball court, and an outdoor bar. While I’m glad we visited, I’m not sure if we would return, especially since we live eight hours away.

The price per plate was $135, which I thought was quite steep. Unfortunately, the lobsters were overcooked and chewy, resembling rubber. The crab legs were similarly overcooked; they fell apart into mush as soon as I tried to remove them from the shell. I also ordered a filet mignon, which didn’t even resemble a proper filet. I requested it to be cooked medium, but when it arrived, it was also overcooked and dry inside. Clearly, they lack the skill to cook steak properly, and I was really let down. The desserts were hit or miss. The cakes and pastries were excessively sweet, making them nearly inedible, but I did enjoy the fresh fruit—it was cold and delicious. The chocolate-covered strawbe...
