"I placed a takeout order for a salad and a wrap. If both of these items were meant to be served hot, they would have stayed on the counter. The food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. The person who was supposed to handle my order was busy with an important phone call, and two other employees were just standing at the entrance without taking any action. It wasn't ideal, especially since there were three other customers waiting for assistance. Despite this, I'm not deterred from returning for an in-house meal."

My pizza was amazing! I appreciate that they offer a cauliflower crust option. They also have a great selection of healthy toppings! The atmosphere is calm, and the waitstaff are truly wonderful!

The chicken and spinach wraps, as well as the chicken Italian wraps, are the best in town. The zucchini sticks are also quite tasty. There's a great variety of bottled beer to choose from. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff is very friendly. Voir le carte

We came before dinner rush (on 10/22) with a toddler. Our waiter was the one who welcomed us and sat. We have the shrimps and tasso pasta and a few beers; we shared our meals with the baby. The waiter was very attentive and respond to our needs, great service and good food.

So good!! Super friendly staff and delicious food. We stopped in our way to NOLA for lunch and the location is conveniently located off I-10. Definitely get the Fried Ravioli and Fried Zucchini! The pizza with the hand tossed crust was perfect. Wish we had room for the famous bread pudding!

"I visited Saigon Noodles last week while I was with my daughter, who didn't feel like cooking. I was excited to try this place since it had been recommended. The restaurant is located in a strip mall on Ambassador Caffrey. Although it's a small establishment, it was nearly full when we arrived, with only a couple of tables available. Everyone in our group ordered a Pho noodle bowl, and we all loved it. My 3-year-old granddaughter impressively used chopsticks and finished everything in her bowl. The atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurant was clean, and the service was very friendly. I'm looking forward to our next visit!"

"I've never been there. We arrived at around 2 or 3pm, it was quiet. Server was excellent and attentive. The food was AMAZING. The art is tasteful and the decor is well done. Even the heat from the hot water when you wash hands in the bathroom was at a very comfortable, but effective level. The restrooms were clean and it's overall one of the best restaurants I've been to in a very long time. Will go back!"

"We started with the boudin egg roll, as they sounded unique and I just had to try them, while my husband opted for the oyster slammer. The egg rolls were delicious—light and crispy with the perfect deep-fry technique, and not greasy at all. They come with a sweet sauce that is basically warmed jalapeño jam. While they were good dipped in the sauce, I preferred them with a bit of hot sauce instead. For the main dish, we split a whole fish po'boy. The fries here are the waffle variety, which I'm not particularly fond of, so we chose onion rings instead. The po'boys were excellent! Our waitress informed us that the fish was catfish, which had a mild, sweet flavor, was plump and moist, and cooked to perfection. The bread was just right (if you know, you know—there’s definitely a right and wrong way to do po'boy bread!), and the onion rings were thin, shoe-string cut, lightly crispy, and perfectly seasoned without being oily. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and on the day we visited, the weather was beautiful, making the outdoor dining area quite inviting. Inside, there is plenty of seating and large garage-style doors that open up the main dining room, contributing to a cozy, neighborhood pub atmosphere. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely be here every day—such a wonderful, tucked-away spot!"

"Candyland Cottage Ice Cream is an absolute delight to visit and walk around. There were so many candies from the 70s, 80s, and so on. I found the bubble gum cigarettes with the white chalky dust!!! ? ? ? what a blast from the past.We ordered a brownie ? sundae that came in a flimsy bowl that the plastic spoon punctured. It was a super low budget. A place this wonderful should invest in regular dishes to make the stay or visits more enjoyable. "Decided to stop and try what seems to be a Louisiana favorite Chicken Cracklins Boudins. There were many places that serve these favorites along our route and we relied upon our fellow Yelpers to pick which one. We went through the drive thru which went quickly and the lady at the window helped us with some of our questions, being our first time in trying this state favorite! We decided to try the Pepper Jack Boudin, Chicken Cracklins Fried Corn. The Pepper Jack Boudin was seasoned and fried to perfection on the outside while moist on the inside with a burst of melted pepper jack cheese in the middle! We read from a fellow helper to get the Dat Dip sauce which we agree added the perfect touch to dip them in. The ranch was not impressive and would not request that in our opinion. The Dat DIp is similar to Cane's Chicken dipping sauce which we love as well! The Chicken Cracklins were fried to give you the perfect crunch with each Cracklin bite! Fried in the same seasoned batter as the Boudin, so good flavor! The Fried Corn on the Cob was just okay. It lacked seasoning even though it seems to be in the same batter. I was hoping to have the Corn Boudin like we read about, but did not see that as a drive thru choice when we arrived. Perhaps we missed seeing it. We enjoyed trying these state popular items, we look forward to trying out some of the other places to see how they compare next time we pass through LA!"
