Delicious food. Really enjoyed my birthday there. I went January 2020 before Covid got crazy. I will go again.

The Mrs I enjoyed our 1st visit. This is now another Goblin Approved Gobtastic Eatery to add on our must go back to list. We stayed simple with the Shrimp Scallops, but let me say the Yum Yum sauce was definitely yummy. I give this place 10 out of 10 stars.

I love this hibachi place eating is great and the customer service is great, but there were a few times where we sit, and the forks they give them are dirty. most forks look dirty because of the watermarks that are good of me and my family, but sometimes we have found pieces of food on the forks that should be clean. The Mrs I tried out a new dinning Eats. Let me tell you It was an amazing treats. For a 1st time it was truly Goblastic. I stuck with a simple shrimp plate the Mrs scallops but wow the flavors and our chef were out of this world. The food is moderately priced but you get a lot. This will definitely be a go back soon Yum Yum Goblin Approved foodery.

The food and staff where kind and great at serving. I was shocked sadden that a restaurant had to put up signs reminding peopleto treat staff well but also very happy and excited to have a business thatbis willing to protect their staff from the public that cannot act like adults. So not only was food great with large quantities but the support made us to dine there.

This restaurant is terrible. I went with two friends yesterday and ordered the Hibachi Steak with fried rice. My friend ordered the same dish. The food was so greasy and bland that we couldn't even eat it. The worst part was that it made me and my friend sick, causing diarrhea. We paid $38 for a meal that had no taste. So, I came here for my birthday ordered hibachi with salmon and chicken and my party of 5 was very satisfied. I loved it! The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it says they close at 9, I drove quite far and it’s only a party of 1 and I walked in at 7:56pm and she informed me they take the last table at 8pm. I responded that it’s before 8 pm and she said “we closed 3 minutes early today”. Nowhere does it say you have to arrive an hour before, no signs, etc. I’m very disappointed and I might not return again because of it.

"Overall, my experience at Sagano was not bad, but I have had better experiences at other restaurants. I came here for hibachi and sushi, but was surprised to find out that they did not serve sushi. I am sharing this review with great difficulty. It is hard to give a 1-star rating. My group decided to have a farewell party together, as it was the last time we would all be together. We wanted to have an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, we will all remember the terrible host at this restaurant. She may have been the manager. When we called ahead to ask about reservations, we were told they do not take same-day reservations, which was fine. We mentioned that we might have nine more people joining us, but the host said we could just show up and see if there was space available.
