"I am sharing this review with great difficulty. It is hard to give a 1-star rating. My group decided to have a farewell party together, as it was the last time we would all be together. We wanted to have an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, we will all remember the terrible host at this restaurant. She may have been the manager. When we called ahead to ask about reservations, we were told they do not take same-day reservations, which was fine. We mentioned that we might have nine more people joining us, but the host said we could just show up and see if there was space available. When we arrived a few minutes early, at 4:58, they refused to open the door. When a few more people arrived, they were told to leave by the host or manager, even though one of them just wanted to say goodbye and wasn't planning to eat. Eventually, our party of 11 was seated, with two people at a separate table despite plenty of empty space. Once everyone had ordered, the manager or host decided to scold us for not calling ahead, even though we had. It seemed like she was trying to ruin our evening. The food was great, the chef was enjoyable, and the waitress did her best to make up for her manager's embarrassing behavior. The party members have decided they will never return to this establishment."

This is one of our favorite places to order takeout from. We are really sad to hear that they are closing. The service for takeout is great, and the meal type is dinner. The price per person is $20-30. We always enjoy the food, and the service and atmosphere both receive a 5-star rating.

This restaurant is terrible. I went with two friends yesterday and ordered the Hibachi Steak with fried rice. My friend ordered the same dish. The food was so greasy and bland that we couldn't even eat it. The worst part was that it made me and my friend sick, causing diarrhea. We paid $38 for a meal that had no taste. The waitstaff could be friendlier when guests arrive. My father-in-law asked if we could be seated since my mother-in-law, who was walking up to the door, had not yet entered. The hostess immediately yelled, "EVERYONE HAS TO BE IN HERE." While we understand the policy, it came across as extremely rude. On the brighter side, the food at Sagano is delicious. The soup and dishes are fantastic, though a bit expensive. Overall, I would give it four stars.

The table top was dirty and when they see the pictures I have attached, they will see for themselves. I was disappointed, but tried to make the best of the evening.
