Pizza is great! Workers aren't very pleasant or helpful. We ordered pizza, and mozzarella sticks. The location is good for someone staying on the resort.

If your ever stay in South Seas Resort in Captiva. This location is a great place for a late night early dinner and lunch spot. Variety of options to choose from. The pizza are huge. The drinks are cold and the ice cream is good. Nice location Voir le carte

Wow $17+tip for a cup of cheap McDonalds-tasting fake ice cream with some warm fudge and an OK milkshake. The staff wasn't pleased to help us and looked as sad as the pizza which is probably frozen. Do not waste your time if you can get ice cream/pizza somewhere else- get a pint from from the provision store and frozen pizza. Order Takeout dessert from a restaurant instead.

We were very excited to eat there at first. The staff does not make you feel welcome at all. Let me reiterate, the attitudes from the staff make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Take your kids elsewhere on the island. They don't want you there. Food was not at all worth the price. Go to the bubble room icecream shop, they at least act like they want your business. Very disappointing on a family vacation

This place is great. I 've been here several times and the ice cream is amazing. I haven 't tried it yet, but their pizza and other food looks good too. Just keep in mind that you can only pay with your room card. If you are not staying at the hotel or if your key card says No resort access, you unfortunately cannot buy anything as they do not accept cash or credit/debit cards. Convenience is this place's best offering. The ice cream is incredibly average and the pizza just the regular old plain pizza had so much cheese on it, it was overwhelming and gross. With less cheese the pizza was decent, but there I was at the pool, with a limited number of napkins, trying to remove cheese and getting grease and sauce all over myself. It wasn't my ideal experience. The sauce did have a decent flavor and the crust was nice and crispy, so there's that. But they would rank in the fourth fifth of all pizza I have had in my life if I had to provide an official rating, So, my advice, if you need pizza in a pinch, tell them to go easy on the cheese and it will probably be decent c...

The interior decor has that 50s diner feel, but it's a hodgepodge of candy by the pound, then ice cream with adding your own toppings, then suddenly also different types of pizza and wings too, if you're interested. It's very casual and that area of the South Seas Resort can be a little more formal. So I thin when they created this place they needed something simple and easy to fill in the gap. Our family is staying in the beach homes at South Seas Island Resort. We booked our home rental through Royal Shell Vacations. We have stayed in the same rental home several times and have been patrons of this establishment many times without issue. We have supported the business through the pandemic and before. Unfortunately today, we encountered the worst customer service. We ordered four meals and we were told because we were not staying on property, meaning booking directly through South Seas Island Resort we would not be able to purchase food.
