"This was our second time to visit Skyviews, and we plan to be back. The restaurant is staffed by students of Texas Tech University, from their hospitality program, and they do an excellent job. The meal was amazing and plated well. They have a decent selection of wines, beers and cocktails. I can't think of anything, from appetizer to dessert, that could have been better. Highly recommend!"

We were there for the lunch buffet. It was beautifully setup; and the food was excellent. The rehab of the space is contemporary vibe. We enjoyed it all and will return.
