The Ranch House At Choctaw Preserve

We found this online and thought we would try it. We were very impressed with the place and the food.

The chief and staff were just wonderful. The setting was lovely as well. The patio was not open that evening but it looked lovely as well.

The restaurant is closed. Our reservation was canceled without any prior notice, and all we received was an email stating that they were closed immediately.

Wonderful food. Creative and inspired menu that changes seasonally. Impeccable, attentive service by very knowledgeable wait staff. The patio is very inviting and a great spot for a cocktail before dinner.

In our lunch party of three one had a cheeseburger, and the others had the venison burgers. All three were delicious. Service a little slow due to the chef was also the lone server. We really didn't mind though. Voir le carte

We enjoyed a delightful lunch during our visit. I ordered the shrimp salad with grilled watermelon, which was outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the view from our table, which overlooked the stunning landscape. The service was top-notch; our server shared the fascinating history of the ranch with us. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing experience.

We always ask for Jason to be our server. He is knowledgeable in reference to the menu and always has a positive demeanor! Jason the chef is also wonderful at his job. Everything is always cooked to perfection! We try to get our reservation time to coordinate with sundown. The view is amazing! We have tried every meat they serve and it is all delish! I always order the antelope empanadas as an appatizer, they are to die for! We try to make it out at least once a month! Can't wait to go back!

The atmosphere was fantastic! I was really impressed with the options! Our server, Rachael (not sure about the spelling?), knew the menu inside and out, so we ended up letting her choose our dishes for us. What a great decision that turned out to be! The watermelon salad was an unexpected mix of summer flavors that worked really well together—it was incredibly refreshing! The venison empanadas were also a hit, featuring delightful flavor combinations! While the bison ribeye wasn’t quite as tender as the filet, both cuts were exceptionally flavorful.
