"My wife and I finally had the opportunity to check this place. Very nice inside. Very clean and well maintained. We started with a beef, white bean and barley soup that was absolutely delicious. I had the eggs Benedict. One of the best I ever had. Eggs were perfectly cooked, the Hollandaise was savory, and the ham was juicy and sweet. On the recommendation of the server, my wife had the fried Walleye. That was also perfectly cooked, and the beerbatter was great. I highly recommend eating the Walleye with some malt vinegar as it really helps to produce the natural sweetness of the fish. Portions are generous and we have leftovers to take home. Of course, as a married couple, we tried the meals of the other and both enjoyed everything very much. Lauren was our server. She was super helpful that we had many questions and it was our first time there. It was available and attentive, but not invasive. Lauren is definitely a guard. I have an entrepreneurial eye, and I can tell you that the owners really know the business. Can not wait to come back and try the liver and onions and the rest of the menu."

"Surprisingly better than expected! From the outside, it looks like you're arriving at an upscale industrial garage, but once you step inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfectly fitting the name, with plenty of cutting tools on display. The staff are fantastic—Erin at the bar and Willie at the grill truly stand out, and the owner, Brandon, makes everyone feel at home, even if you're from out of town (I can confirm this!). There’s a great vibe here, so if you’re looking for a fun night out, this is definitely the place to be. Plus, the kitchen delivers outstanding food. They serve the best burgers in town, and with great prices and friendly people, there's really nothing not to love!"

"I dined at this restaurant for dinner, and it was a wonderful experience. The meal cost over $100 per person, and while the price was on the higher side, it was well worth it. The food was rated 4 out of 5; it was delicious and skillfully prepared, although there were a few minor areas for improvement. The service, however, was outstanding, earning a perfect 5. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere also received a perfect score of 5. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dinner. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend!"

"The food is good, but I’ve eaten there several times, primarily ordering takeout. Unfortunately, they take a long time to prepare the orders and often forget items. I don’t think I’ll be returning, as the service is quite disappointing."

"I was hoping to find a hidden gem, but this place was just a disappointment—not even edible. The Springfield cashew chicken was nothing like any version I've had before; it was rubbery and tough, with a sauce that was almost black instead of the usual golden brown. The crab Rangoon was watery, and the sauce had a bitter aftertaste and was an alarming bright red. I won’t even get into the rice. If it weren't a 40-minute trip to return the food, I definitely would. I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but save your money and make the 45-minute drive to Springfield to find the original restaurant that serves this dish. I ended up having hot dogs instead, as the three meals of cashew chicken went straight in the trash. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1."
