Vino Loco Wine Tapas Bar

This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is fantastic, the wine selection is excellent, and the food is amazing. They also have a wonderful wine shop in the rear. Food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks: 5 out of 5.

great place to go very friendly. our service was amazingly good eating and wein. we will go back with friends. we met the owner with whom she was good to speak .if her search for a night with friends or a romantic night out there this is the place.

I was there for a wine tasting. The food was mediocre. The wine was provided by a local merchant. Purchased a nice bottle to which they added a corkage fee. This is one of our favorite places in Englewood. The wine list is extensive and priced well. We ordered a cheese board and it was balanced and delicious. The ciabatta was excellent. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors and it was covered with a large fan. We will continue to visit here every time we are in Englewood. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my entire lif! This wine bar had poor service and rude staff! It is such a shame because they have good wine but they have zero customer service! I will never go back and will advise my friends not to patronize this business! ! I have never had a service member at an establishment curse at my whole table! not acceptable!!!!!

we have eaten several times here, and we enjoyed it every time. but there were additional times when we stopped and did not find menu items that prompted us to change their specials weekly, so it is not safe. they are quite ready to change wherever possible, but, or together a delicious sandwich with what they have on the hand. the owner and the chef were very enthusiastic, and the server were friendly and accommodating. the interior is not large, and sometimes on a sunny day they play Peek-a-boo with the sun umbrellas on the outside. Vino Loco is a Quaint little place with nice ambiance and a nice selection of wines. Alcohol and beer are reasonably priced. But you’re LOCO if you order the food. The Brie and Pate plater was tasty but came with just a “smidge” of Brie (with 6 grapes). We also ordered the crab cake which was $23 for a very small cake. It was the most expensive crab cake we’ve ever eaten (from a not so high-end restaurant). We asked for an additional piece or 2 of crostini and were charged for it. We Don’t mind this, but given the cost of the crab and the platter, it seemed very chinchy. Impressive menu and cool vibe, but my family could not really experience it because we were seated for fourty minutes waiting to have our food orders taken while a couple seated well after we were seated had their orders taken. The waiter even asked them within earshot, before he took their order, if he should take our orders first since we were their first that we found extremely rude and tactless. We did get some drinks (a bottle of sangria that was poured over some fruit wedges and a glass of wine), but having waited for an unreasonable amount of time, I paid the full bill and we left. we ordered this special via grubhub for a celebration on the beach. the order was later pushed to 1h and they called with a mix-up over a menu item that we “not ordered because it does not exist”. (the restaurant must then check with the grubhub). the food came in a box with NO cutlery or serviettes to eat albóndigas with sauce and salat with dressing, although we specifically asked for this dinge (and as someone who previously packed caterings this should be healthy). it was only 6 little tapas, not so hard to follow. we also marked “vegan” on a teller to have taken off the torf cheese. the person who has to be milk-free was said: "Yes, I ordered it milk-free for them," as they ate it and t...
