Zappone's Italian Bistro

This restaurant never disappoints. It is our third time dining here in just as many months. The dishes are generously portioned, delicious, and always served hot. That's all we need to say. You'll enjoy it if you give it a try.

This was out 2nd time dining at Zappone's. We had different meals each time and they were all excellent. Service was superb and our server even double-checked how I wanted my Bombay Sapphire martini prepared. Attention to detail is so important.Once again we neglected to leave room for dessert... maybe one of these times we will.

We had the calamari appetizer, it was fantastic!! It has a little extra kick that really makes it taste great. We had a build your own pizza with the fennel sausage, prosciutto and meatballs. We had a wonderful evening with friends at this restaurant on a Saturday night! The owners and staff are very friendly and their service was very good as always! We enjoyed our delicious food, appetizers, salads and pasta! We love their tiramisu with a nice espresso and it completed a wonderful dinner! We will definitely come back again and can highly recommend this small family restaurant!

This place is MUCH more than your typical pizza joint. A family owned and operated bistro with incredibly good food and very good price. The service was very personal and the staff made the visit very pleasant. We highly recommend this place and we have been lucky not to know it was wine below Wednesday if a bottle ny wine is 1/2 off standard price. BT2 WORK It is very clean and beautifully decorated.

I’ve dined here multiple times and the food/ ambience has gone down hill. The restaurant is starting to look run down too. Our table was not clean and felt sticky. The red metal chairs they have are uncomfortable and the food was just mediocre. They staff also seemed anxious to get us out of the restaurant with a closing time of 8pm, we put our order in about 7:30pm. Our server was pleasant however she messed up our salad orders. All in all it was a good dining experience but I will think twice about going back. Voir le carte

I was in a wheelchair and went in with my family. We wanted a booth. The host was preparing a booth then a manager came out and told us to sit in a table. We said, no we we wanted a booth. Then she said let’s put you back on the corner. We said no. So as she leaves, she looks and me and roles her eyes. We then sat and asked if they have cauliflower crust as my mother had dietary restrictions. They said they did not cater to dietary restrictions. Very poor service, not disabled friendly, and rude management for no reason.

My husband works near Zappone’s so we went to a late lunch or an early dinner (3:00). It wasn't crowded so it was great. It's wheelchair accessible. It was clean. The waitress was great. She brought us a bread to get rid of us. It was the best bread I ever had! They make it fresh every day. The tip is slightly crispy and salty with a slight trace of garlic. We ate two plates!! The pizza was really good. The crust is almost like bread, but without the salty taste. The grease was delicious. I added chickens. It was dry as I like my fetters, not drown in sauce. I don't like it. We had many leftovers because we were filled with bread. We were too full to try Dessert this time, but we will try ne...

This restaurant serves truly authentic Italian cuisine that is absolutely fantastic. The homemade pasta and delicious pizza were both highlights of the meal, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. The servers, who were young and charming, were knowledgeable and professional with a high level of energy. The owner/manager even took the time to personally speak with us. The service has consistently been great every time I have dined here, and the food is always excellent. The restaurant is conveniently located in Scottsdale, Mesa, Queen Creek, Chandler, Gilbert, and Apache Junction, making it a great spot for group gatherings.
