Best Mexican steak I ever had! The stone is super hot and will continue to heat the steak, so medium rare to start will be the right level to start! Drink is 4 star, cream rice and stuffed Jalapeños are wonderful and must try!

Came here for my birthday dinner and it was delicious! The roasted poblanos dish was everyone’s clear favorite with the chicken second to follow. The cocktails were great as well the Sotol Manhattan being our favorite. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Very polite service. The acoustics make it hard to hear your server. Steaks were delicious... guacamole was nothing but smashed avocado ???? the bone marrow was delish and the baked potato was scrumptious. The drink menu is suspect...whatever smoked orseasoned salt they use is not the business ???? The table is too narrow for parties larger than 4 people.

The restaurant is trendy and unique! It's a bit on the expensive side, but still very good. The guacamole was extremely spicy. The meat was delicious, but be cautious if you prefer it rare to medium - don't let the steak sit on the board they bring it out on or it will overcook. I absolutely adored the Mangjito and would suggest getting it if you enjoy sweet drinks.

Had a wonderful time at Asadero with our family. The drinks were delicious and appetizer of guacamole and chips was also very good. Then the steaks wow! All tender and flavorful large portions. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the other 4steaks but they were all about the same size. They came on a hot stone and you could cook yours more if you wanted. Mexican steak house. We come here on some occasions. Good service and good food, beautiful presentation but a bit pricey. Cocktails are $10 each. We (3 people) ordered 5 drinks, 3 steaks, 4 appetizers, 1 salad, and 2 desserts for about $330. This area is very busy, parking is a bit tricky. This place is very popular, make reservations ahead. Inside is very loud with music and cooking. So ask outdoor tables(heated) if you like to have connections with your party.

Whenever someone asks me where to eat in Seattle, I always recommend Asadero. It has been one of my favorite restaurants for years, and I'm grateful that they were able to survive the pandemic. You can't go wrong with their Mexican and steak options! The meat literally melts in your mouth. During our last visit a couple of weeks ago, I ordered my favorite dish, the PRIME TENDERLOIN CHILE COLORADO, but it was unexpectedly spicy. Easy 5 star rating. The Guac is incredible but I wish it was served with chips vs. bread and fried tortillas but it does stop you from overeating an appetizer. My Server was Cam or Cameron (I'm not sure what he prefers to go by). He was amazing,punctual, and had the greatest suggestions on ways to enjoy the food. The Papa Loco was one of the best “side dishes” I'veever had and the cheese was really what sealed the deal. We got the Full Blood Australian Wagyu Ribeye steak, which is served ona hot stone.
