"This restaurant was a major disappointment. I went there for lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. Despite the place not being very busy, it took an unusually long time for my meal to arrive. When I finally took a bite, I discovered a long hair in my food. I asked the waitress to inform the manager, and instead of addressing the issue, she offered me something else. I decided to go with a hamburger instead. Unfortunately, it took another 20 minutes for the hamburger to arrive, and by then, my wife had already finished her meal. When I inquired about the delay, the manager simply told me they had other orders ahead of mine, showing a complete lack of concern for my experience. I left feeling frustrated, and I have no intention of returning to this restaurant; they clearly do not care about their customers."

At Beef's, I ordered the boneless lemon pepper wings, and they were delicious. My server, Lisa, took great care of me and my friends. It was definitely a fantastic first-time dining experience!

I visited on Wednesday for the buy one, get one free boneless wings deal and ordered the Bark Meat signature buffalo wings in medium. Both were delicious, generously coated in sauce, and the wings were very fresh. The service at the bar was great; Lisa was very friendly and provided excellent service despite the busy atmosphere. We have only been twice. Both times the we're understaffed. First time was Karaoke night...served us ice cold fries....thought we'd give them another chance....cold wings AND fries....and they had a private party of 30...but no extra help. No bueno. Never going back. Waitresses were always saying they were sorry. Poor management for sure. Tables were all dirty. Not a place I would ever recommend. When I requested to speak with the manager, I had to wait 15 minutes, only to be informed that a manager was unavailable. I didn't have time to wait any longer, so I decided to leave a review instead. I have been planning to do this for a week; at first, I thought about letting it slide and not returning. However, I feel that no one should have to experience what my son and I went through—especially considering his autism.
