"We have been to Beef 'O ' Brady 's several times over the years, and it is usually decent pub food for a chain. Unfortunately this visit did not live up to our expectations. The first thing I found surprising was a sign posted outside the front door that said if you gave them a five star review on google and show it to them, they would give you free chips and salsa. I personally find this to be unethical. You reward people for posting positive reviews and essentially penalize people for posting honest feedback. It seems a lot like trying to buy a better rating! I feel that feedback should be welcomed and accepted in any form, and never rewarded, nor penalized, but rather used to improve internal processes, or for internal recognition. During this visit we had a small party and were seated right away. The server was pleasant and quickly took our drink order. Though we only had three people at our table, our food came out at different times. One drink order was incorrect, and one food order was incorrect. The food was barely warm, and lacked flavor. Overall it was quite disappointing and it will likely be a while before we return."

Do NOT do uber from here. My order is always missing something like onion rings. My very last attempt was boneless chicken wings. I received chicken tenders that were all breading and there was no BBQ sauce. They won't fix when you call Beef O B location, because it's a third party. So no one takes responsibility. Uber just delivers.

Ordered a simple med burger and fries with no cheese to go. Sorry about the half eaten food Pic but I was hungry. And this is what I received upon pick up. I love the industry, but whoever cooked this must hate their job, because that's all you can taste. No flavor whatsoever on either of these items, even with garlic pickles on the burger.

Great selection of good food! Gabe was great at his job, very attentive!!!! This started as a five star restaurant but, once our food was delivered we were gravely dissatisfied with our mis cooked burgers ordered medium and one was rare and gooey and the other well done. This had to be the worst meal ever. I got sufl turf, steak was overcooked, baked potatoes with intimation bacon bits. Potatoe so cold it would not melt the butter. The zucchini was perfect (totally shocked). My friend ordered wings, which were not to bad. This is strictly a burger, salad and wing place. The cut was sirloin that should have been a red sign right there. Not recommended unless you going for the game and a beer.

We have only been twice. Both times the we're understaffed. First time was Karaoke night...served us ice cold fries....thought we'd give them another chance....cold wings AND fries....and they had a private party of 30...but no extra help. No bueno. Never going back. Waitresses were always saying they were sorry. Poor management for sure. Tables were all dirty. Not a place I would ever recommend.
