Catania's Pizza Mohegan Lake

Love their selection of Empanadas! Meats, cheese , seafood and even dessert empanadas. Good thin crust pizza. My favorite is the Meatball Calzone.

Just tried their plain slice easily among the best I've ever had; with a taste similar to what you'd find in any great NYC pizzeria. Better than the 2 other pizza joints nearby in terms of pizza and different offerings (tacos! 3 for 10, gotta try them! .

This is a great spot to quickly grab a variety of foods. When you walk in, you'll be greeted by a wide selection of empanadas on display. They also offer a few dessert options. We'll definitely be back soon to try more empanadas and their specialty pizza rolls. Food: 5/5

The food is absolutely amazing! You have to try the incredible empanadas—they're truly life-changing. Just a quick tip: before you take a bite, make sure to admire your empanadas, as they have "awesome" written on the edge. As for parking, there's plenty available in the back. Visualizza piatti

The calzones are tasty and fulfilling. I bought the chicken, and it's stuffed with lots of protein. The size was a little smaller than what I expected. If you wanna have something for a snack, then you should absolutely get this. Usually when I get something outside my stomach might go a little haywire, but this time I was on cloud nine(it little exaggerated, I guess) Anyways the food there is good as far as I tried.

Extremely, Extremely disappointment!!! A place I?ve enjoyed for the last 2 years went from a 5 star Italian restaurant to food That is flavorless and bland , I?m embarrassed to give it 1 Star! I know Covid made them loose people, My Family may order from them, but I am looking for another place. To many mistakes on our orders, to miss parts of the order, to realizing there is no good Italian restaurant in Mohegan Lake!

7/19/22 update...I cannot recommend the calfsalarm wedge... a thin thin layer of calfsalm... Lotta Lotta bread...proportionately away from ending up with unidentifiable flavored bread sandwich. Jeeze has charged me more if necessary, but at least make a good sandwich! 1 outa 5 review on veal wedge. Previous assessment is still in place. Previous: Very good Sicilian pizza (I am usually not a Sicilian fan), very light with a little crisp on the bottom! I really like the calzone, veal meat and meatball are my favorites. Not a traditional long calzone, small squares full of taste. A bit expensive for a pizzeria, but I can't meet a food facility for a little expensive after the pandemic. Visualizza piatti
