"I've been here several times. they have a huge festival called "piping on the green" in the april that I was every time. I am at other places in the city and enjoyed breakfast with coffee. her brotpudding is the bomb! they have a lot of delicious items. I even have a first from Scotland and a hat! it is a fun and tidy place to go and just enjoy a beautiful relaxing meal."

"Route 55 catered my daughter's wedding on May 20. Our guests raved about the barbecue, one saying it was the best he had ever had. The only problem was, they kept coming back for seconds so my husband and I didn't get any! I did get some potato salad and can honestly say it is to die for. Lori and crew are great to work with we highly recommend Route 55!"

"Crowded space. Poor service. Poor atmosphere. No refills on drinks or bread. Waitress unknowledgable. Unorganized Food late. Elderly had to take food home it was so late. We are locals. Have had very large events here including our daughters rehearsal dinner. Never again Kid-friendliness: Totally not kid friendly. No children’s menu. Service takes too long Service: Dine in"

"So we are local, but only been here 2 or 3 times. The following are the reasons why both positive and negative. First- prices are very reasonable across the board. That's where the positive ends. My wife really wanted breakfast and there is lack of options here. Nobody felt like cooking so this is where we went. It was a Sunday, busy but not crazy. Walked in to see 4 or 5 tables not cleared. Finally they cleared one and we sat down. First 2 minutes a lady came over with menu's and silverware. Took our drink order and returned shortly. Asked if we ready, we said we just need 1 minute. All was going OK at this point. 15 minutes later, Nobody came back. Wife had to get up and get someone. The lady apologized but seemed empty. We ordered. Then 2 ladies starting bickering back and forth right at our table about another table then someone in the kitchen got involved. Food came out, no butter or syrup. Wife asked for an additional side and the lady gave the rudest look at her. God forbid someone ask for another item THE CUSTOMER is paying for you. They screwed up the scrambled eggs, way overcooked, wrong cheese. Eyelash in the gravy. It's like we had to fight to get served here. After all the food was present, nobody ever came back to ask us anything. We had 1 empty coffee and another drink was empty. Pathetic service and subpar food. My wife apologized to me because I didn't want come here because of past experiences like this. No reason my wife should ever apologize for a place that is absolutely horrible in every aspect."

"This location is VERY inefficiently run. We waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes with no service. We then went inside and I placed an order behind only one other person. I waited for 15 min and then asked them if our food was coming. Mind you there was no one else in line! The server was very rude when she said that it was coming. Our order was missing a large fry.. when I let her know she said “it’s coming” very nasty. Someone else bagged it and the server slammed it in front of me with no apology. Nothingthen turned around to her coworkers and said “I quit”I found this behavior appalling and not at all what we have come to expect at chik fil a. If I could give this location less than one star for service I certainly would."
