"Not the place to go after a holiday weekend--more than half the menu items were not available I understand the restaurant is located in a family resort but it was very disappointing to have kids wildly running around while you are trying to have an enjoyable dinner; more a problem created by the parents. Actual prices were considerably higher than those shown on the Open Table menu. Either prices were increased for the holiday (hopefully not) or they need to be updated on the site. On the bright side the food was exceptional and good service was provided. I would suggest going 'off season '"

I had a wonderful dinner before the game. My smile and orzo with fresh vegetables were delicious! My partner also enjoyed his lamb. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We arrived just in time to catch a beautiful sunset over Manitowish Lake from the bar.

The service was quite slow, as there was only one server working for the entire restaurant. Although the bartender stepped in to help, the overall pace remained sluggish. On the positive side, the food was tasty. We plan to return and hope they'll improve their service, as it's a lovely venue.

I thought it was not organized. Out of a entree, dessert was still being made and could not order. Salad was given to wrong person. Waiter did not know who had what without asking. Very unorganized. Steak was supposed to be medium and it was well done. We were seated in banquet area and the ambience was lacking on that side. Big disappointment. Visualizza piatti

We had an excellent dinner! We started with the warm speck and spinach salad, which I highly recommend! Then I had the New York strip steak, and it was the best steak I've ever had! I enjoyed it with truffles, while my partner had the potatoes. Both side dishes were excellent as well. The prices here are on the higher side, so be prepared, but definitely enjoy the wonderful meal!

As a full-time resident of the area I was puzzled as to why I had never made a visit to the White Oak Grill. What a gem! The food was spectacular, as was the service. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a great atmosphere. The grounds were impeccably groomed and I could tell we were someplace special as soon as we turned into the driveway. Two thumbs up!
