I was really let down! My food always arrives cold, and the drinks are inconsistent. Overall, the experience just isn't enjoyable anymore.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! The Dunkin' on Route 36 in West Long Branch offers a wonderful experience. As soon as I entered, the cashier greeted me with a warm smile. She was highly professional, clearly confident in her role, and maintained excellent eye contact during our interaction.

I recommend steering clear of this Dunkin' if you can. The service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a toasted bagel, but it was only slightly warmed. When I asked for another one to be properly toasted, I received a burnt bagel instead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back.

I usually don't have any issues with DD but my last visit was terrible!! The line was super long, my order was incorrect twice and then when I went back in the drive thru line the lady at the window claimed I didn't pay for my order!! There's a particular male employee whose attitude is quite off-putting; he acts as if he owns the place and has been telling customers to leave and never return after he erroneously took their orders. It's 6 AM, and instead of providing good service, he's yelling. I also witnessed him shouting at another employee, which is very unprofessional.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin' today. The woman who served me forgot to give me a straw for my pumpkin cold brew, and the two avocado toasts were badly made—they weren't even toasted! When we requested two muffins at the counter, she said there was a long line and that we would have to go back around to place that order. This was extremely rude, and we left feeling like we had wasted $25. I won't be returning.

This Dunkin' Donuts is poorly managed and has been declining for as long as I can remember. It's unfortunate because its location is convenient for those heading to the main highways, but I've been choosing the one on Hope Rd instead. While that location isn't perfect either, it’s acceptable. The staff at the West Long Branch branch are quite unprofessional. There’s one tall young man at the drive-thru who gives customers an unfriendly glare; he clearly lacks any customer service skills. I think his name starts with an "M," but I can’t recall it right now.
