"I’ve worked in the Thousand Oaks area for over 20 years and have gone to many different restaurants during those years. This one stands out as one of the very best in terms of service, freshness of menu selections, ability to have a conversation without overwhelming loud music and noise, and ambience. The menu selection is varied so there’s something for everyone. Boroka and Jorge have created something truly special with their gem of a restaurant. I rate it as my favorite."

A family owned restaurant that goes above and beyond. Food is delicious and the restaurant is so clean. The service is warm and friendly! My go to order is the skirt steak...perfectly cooked every time and just enough with the salad.

This place is beyond any restaurant I have ever been to. The owners are so sweet and genuine about their service, they truly care about the enjoyment of their customers. The food is even better than the service. Fushion Grill has some of the best food I have ever tasted with good, fresh ingredients. You can tell it is made with love and care for the customer. Overall this place is fabulous, I have visited a few times over the years and every time is better than the last.
