One of the must haves at our wedding was a family style dinner, and Giuseppe and his team delivered with so much more than we could have ever imagined! The food was incredible, everything tasted amazing, and our dinner ended up being one of the biggest highlights of the day for me! The wait staff was wonderful, every table got their food at the same time, and the whole dinner service went off without a hitch! Thank you Giuseppe and team for the most incredible dinner for our wedding!

We recently used Giuseppe?s Fine Catering to cater our 45 person wedding at La Jolla Woman?s Club. My husband and I decided that we wanted a brunch wedding, and Giuseppe absolutely delivered on the brunch aspect. Our guests loved the custom omelet bar, andthe French toast was delicious. Plus there were options for everyone from quiche to mini bagels to fresh fruit berries to acharcuterie table. Everyone from Giuseppe was incredibly nice and professional. We also appreciated how flexible they were whenwe had to postpone our wedding twice (from April 2020 to November 2020 to November 2021). After 2 postponements due to covid (read 3 different wedding dates), we finally got married 4/16/22! We got married at Scripps Seaside Forum so we were only able to use Bar Giuseppe for our alcohol needs. We did the basic catering and ended up providing the alcohol which we bought from Costco and we thought it was more cost efficient! Still kind of crazy that we had to pay $2500 for glassware, the bar itself, and the bartenders but unfortunately we were locked into this company given our venue. Regardless, the staff at Giuseppe was easy to work with, communicative, and professional. Giuseppe catered a party I attended last night. I've had his food before (Museum Cafe in LJ, Caroline's, Candor) and it's always amazing. Until last night, I hadn't attended an event catered by him. It was really the best I've ever had. The appetizers were scrumptious and perfect, each and every one. The staff was lovely. The meal, which was buffet style, also incredible. The salad, several notches above what even a typical good salad is. My husband had salmon and said it was delicious. I had the braised beef (I think that's what it was called). So delicious. Giuseppe catered my Nov 2021 wedding (125 ppl) at a downtown venue in San Diego. There was a change in one of the head managers so when she left Chef Giuseppe took charge. The venue I booked did not allow open flames of any sort so when Giuseppe found outhe let me know that the menu would have to be altered for quality/freshness. Very understandable, however, a month out and withour menu cards already printed it was a little stressful. Giuseppe offered to pay for new menu cards and ensured me that thefood would be even better than originally planned (and still have an Italian zest to it). I wish I didn't feel this way because I worked with Giuseppe before and they were great. I worked with Rachel when she was there and she helped with my baby shower during Covid. She was great and professional. I wanted to give them business as a repeat customer so I hired them for my upcoming birthday party. Rachel is no longer there unfortunately and I worked with Sarah.
