I love this place! It is as its title suggests. The food all seems to be locally sourced. I think also organic. The ingredients are interesting. Its also not greasy or too salty. I could tell they put a lot of thought into feeding people local, healthy organic food. Also they have the rainbow flag on the front door and that makes me smile everytime I walk in.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I frequently order the “Power Bowl,” and it never disappoints—it's always delicious. It typically contains buckwheat, black beans, avocado, and a variety of roasted vegetables like sweet potato and bok choy, topped with an egg. The salad case is a great choice for a quick grab-and-go lunch. I’ve never had anything I didn't enjoy. We ordered soup of the day, roasted cauliflower, and a selection of salads: farro, kale, chickpeas, couscous, and coleslaw. Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has bright, clean dining areas inside and outside. I highly recommend this place for vegetarians and vegans. They have other vegetarian options like cornbread, empanadas, veggie sandwiches, and chili. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast at this deli-style cafe. They also offer pre-made empanadas, soups, and salads for take-out.

Buy a dozen at $43: NO WAY! I bought 16 empanadas yesterday for a small party owner Luci would not give me a drop of any sauce. She wanted me to buy the sauce. To me that?s the equivalent of not being given the grated cheese with the pasta or the soy sauce with the sushi. Iunderstand running a business is challenging (especially during these times) but the service has been very off the last few times I?ve been in and this is really the icing on the cake.
