"There was a gentleman working the register who absolutely goes above and beyond his job duties. Takes his job seriously and seems to really love his job and appreciates to actually have a job! He greeted every person with so much respect! He literally took our drinks and our food to our table and all other customers too!! Who does that nowadays? He made sure the restroom was clean and stocked. I 'm watching him the entire time and even customers that were rude, he kept his composure and respect. 99% of fast food workers are rude, unhappy and seem to hate their jobs. Customer service is a tough job, but this gentleman deserves a raise!! I will go back again just for him!! Never got his name but he moves fast as all fast food restaurants should!! That is his mentality! Love it!!"

Love this place. Got a biscuit with Bacon egg cheese and a iced coffee. My favorite. I usually go to Wendy’s for breakfast but decided to change it up. Well worth it.

The wait time was unacceptable, even though I ordered through the app to have my food ready when I arrived. The quality of the food has noticeably declined (not just at this location). Come on, Jack in the Box, you need to improve!

Every time I go through drive-thru I always get tacos, but for some reason they always forget to put it in my bag. so this morning I go to Jack n box didn't get my tacos again. but this time I get cold fries, I don't even know why they had me park in the parking lot and wait to serve me cold food I don't understand it.

"I had a wonderful lunch experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. I particularly enjoyed the Fish and Chips and the Shrimp Tacos, both of which were delicious. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a perfect score. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, making for a lovely dining experience. The price per person ranged between $10 and $20, which I found to be quite reasonable given the quality of the meal. As for parking, there was plenty available in the free parking lot, making it easy to visit. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning!"

"The dining experience was subpar at this restaurant. While the food was good, the service was lacking. Customers are required to do everything themselves, including seating themselves, ordering either through a switch at the table or by phone, and getting up to find someone to assist with any needs such as water, utensils, or extra napkins. The self-service system also applies to drinks, as they are only brought out after customers have waited in line or placed an order by phone. The payment system is also confusing, with charges being deducted for even the foam on a poured drink. Overall, the lack of proper table service and customer care left a lot to be desired. We will opt for other dining options until they improve their customer service."

"The food was fresh and cooked correctly. Chef's knife skills added that little extra for us, both with the very thinly sliced fruit that was exactly perfect for the baby who it was ordered for, as well as a nice presentation of the avocado topping the omelet. Care was taken and it was noticed and appreciated. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. We had everything we needed before we asked, and she was very friendly with the baby while not crossing the line to being intrusive. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. It was chatty enough to not feel like baby noises were bothering other people, but still quiet enough to carry on a private conversation without raising voices over surrounding conversations. Overall, a very nice choice for a family meal or a casual date."
