Put that into perspectivefor you.... It's a global pandemic right.. first off you have a non sanitizable surface in a food prep area being passed toguest! That alone is major health food violation in a typical situation. And it is gross!! Second you are handing this surfaceto people through your window, with other peoples receipts attached to it. Your generic response to my review tells me howmuch your company does not care or even read these reviews..... your claims of sanitation are false.. the reason i wrote thereview is because, anyone who took a actual food safety course could tell you that rough cardboard/ wood surfaces can NOT besanitized!!!!!! It's impossible. And then they are sending a non sanitizable surface from car to car and bringing back to afood prep area!!!! It's gross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You people need to go back to food safety 101."

just did a drive thru order at 10pm with no other customers in sight, and the order took 15 minutes to prepare, they forgot my curly fries, and my burger is missing a layer. i don?t expect much from fast food drive thru but they still managed todisappoint me.

OK ANOTHER BURRITO STORY. THIS IS THE FUNNY BUT MESSED UP. SOMEONE IN RED BLUFF CA WAS WORKING LATE MORNING. I ORDERED 2 MEAT LOVERS EXTRA EGG AND NOT CHEESE. THE LADY TELLS US THAT THEY DONT SELL MEAT LOVERS BURRITOS ANYMORE NOR SAUSAGE ONANYTHING ON THE MENU. MY HUSBAND IS AN ELDER AND FORGETS EASY ON DIALYSIS. GOES BACK AROUND 2 AM THIS MORNING ORDERS THE SAME2 BURRITOS WE NEVER GOT. WITH HIS FORGETFULL NESS. THEY HAVE IT. HE ORDERS THE SAME WAY AND DOES NOT GET EXTRA EGG BUT PAYSEXTRA MONEY FOR IT.
