"Guys, this is my all-time FAVORITE place at Emerald Isle!!! I love taking my Shepherd mix in there and let him pick out what he wants. And Josh makes me a coffee drink that’s not even on the menu and it is PHENOMENAL!! I asked Josh about a harness for my pup, he could have made a sale, but instead recommended that I wait until he’s grown so we don’t have to buy more harnesses as he grows. He chose integrity and honesty over a sale. I cannot tell you how impressed we were and how much respect he gained from us. Free WiFi, amazing coffee, shopping, pet supplies, birthday boxes, pup cups…they have it all!! This is a must-do with your fur-baby!"

"This place is absolutely delicious. Boyfriend got the yellowfin tuna sandwich just the way it comes, with the creamy slaw as a side. I got the portobello sandwich the way it comes minus the cheese, also with the slaw pasta salad. Super delish. They havea decent single can beer selection. Not a huge selection, but they've got the basics plus some local NC brews to choose from.Fantastic food, made fresh served up in a timely manner too. Service was friendly quick. Dog friendly patio with turf plenty of shade. Will definitely be coming back whenever we visit the Emerald Isle!!"

"All I know is if you come here, be ready to wait. My family had a very simple order, one pizza and cheese sticks. We placed it at 6:24pm and were given a 75 minute wait time. Understandable, so we show up at 7:45 and we’re told it would be another 15-20 minute wait. After waiting those 20 minutes we go back in and ask for an update to which we were told “15-20 more minutes.” Having a long wait time is understandable but when there is no communication within the business it’s extremely aggravating. After waiting 30 more minutes we go inside and try to ask what’s going on, when one of the employees tells everyone “your food is coming, remember they are just kids” and proceeds to aggressively do her job. Maybe the owner shouldn’t hire kids who have no idea what’s going on. I am genuinely not being deceitful, but the two girls at the front have no idea what’s going on, ever. Many families were mad and leaving, locals said “it’s always like this,” and I have no will to give another penny to this business. To be completely honest I would suggest saving yourself the trouble and going to Michelangelo’s instead!"

"Now I remember why I don 't go here... Aside from the prices typically being twice the price of other places I go Strike 1, the one thing I went there for was the only thing not stocked. Strike 2, the first person I asked to check if they had in backbrought out something else that was not the same and cost twice as much as what I was looking for. Strike 3. I asked someone ina different department if there was someone working in the meat department and they said, there should be, just yell in backfor help and they should come out ... Needless to say no one came out. About 3 minutes later someone from another departmentcame over looking for someone in the meat department to help me and they could not find anyone so I left since I did not havetime to wait since I had to get back to get my kid ready for school. Strike 4, when I went to check out for the one item Idecided to get for my kid while I was there, there was an issue where their systems were not reading the loyalty card numbers,so they used the store card... Very nice of them not to give the points to their customers, granted I have always had issueswith their loyalty cards from the beginning, but usually I can at least use it. Strike 5, the one item I wanted to check outwith the system said you cannot purchase this item and to have someone ring it up. Apparently the bar codes on produce don 'twork properly and are deceiving... That 's according to the employee. But.... I was told to have a nice day by the lady that hadto help for two things at self check out for one item because their systems were not working properly. I guess it 's good theyare in the grocery business instead of baseball. Everyone needs to eat, but I don 't think they would keep fans if they can 't geta hit."

"We had lunch here, and it was sparkling clean! Fast, friendly, and fantastic customer service. We were offered lunch-size portions of our meals, which was perfect for us. All the food was flavorful, and above average Mexican food. The prices were spot on affordable. Highly recommend for a family dinner out when visiting the island! Service: Dine in"
