"The young man who assisted us was friendly enough. I paid with my card and left a fair tip, as I always try to do. A few moments after we sat down, we overheard a tense conversation between him and a woman who appeared to be his supervisor. Shortly after, he approached us and said he hadn’t charged us enough. He asked me to return to the counter to pay the additional amount. I was somewhat surprised; while I understand that mistakes happen, I’ve never been asked to pay extra for an error made by an employee. In my previous customer service roles, it would never have occurred to my employers to ask customers to cover a mistake made by their staff. Nevertheless, I paid the difference, although it felt quite unprofessional to make that request. The food itself was decent—nothing extraordinary, which has always been the case. My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years mainly for the good food, the varied menu, and the convenience of location, not to mention the generally pleasant service. Unfortunately, this last experience has changed my perspective. Moving forward, my family and I will look for other places when we crave teriyaki."

Tried to give this place a 2nd try and oooo myyy...food is gross. Chicken teriyaki looked and tasted nasty. Sesame chicken was drowned in sauce... horrible place!!! Only thing good they didn't mess up was the white rice.

The food is bland. The egg drop soup is mostly cabbage. The spicy teriyaki tastes nothing like teriyaki. We ordered spicy and the only thing that was spicy was the yakisoba. But, it was not good flavorful spicy. Just the burn you the next day spicy...

I took a bite of my egg roll, which cost nearly $4.00, and it tasted awful. They really need to change the oil in the fryer or use fresher ingredients. This place used to be fantastic! Usually our go to pick. Wanted to dine in. Were given paper take out menu. Asked for water was told no ice and water would taste bad but bottle water was cold. When we received our food instead of plates we were given to go box. Cashew chicken tasted like vinegar. Menu stated automatic 15% surcharge on all dine in.

This place does it right I don't understand why it's got only three stars but this is some of the best teriyaki I've had let alone it is the best teriyaki in all of sedro-Wooley. The chicken is cooked to perfection juicy delectable it's amazing. If you're going there because it looks super fancy on the inside this isn't the spot for you, if you're looking for some fire food this is the spot.
