"For their main courses, my dining companions chose the pistachio salmon ($27), a generous cut of salmon served over tortellini with pistachio pesto; chicken marsala ($24), which featured mushrooms, spinach, and gnocchi; and fettuccine alfredo ($22). All three dishes were declared “delicious,” and the portions were quite generous. I opted for the Italian plate, described on the menu as a combination of grilled chicken, Italian sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, eggplant, spaghetti, and cheese ravioli. Our server, Patrick, jokingly dared me to finish it all in one sitting, stating, “Very few people can.” When the dish arrived, I realized he was serious! The platter was heaped with large servings of all those mouthwatering items. At $25, the Italian plate was worth every penny. Although I enjoyed it immensely, I couldn't finish and took half home with me. The restaurant's atmosphere was warm and inviting, particularly with the fireplace glowing in the main dining area, and Patrick was a great server. My only concern was the noise level inside. It was difficult to hear my friends as conversations at nearby tables became quite loud and lively. As a result, we had to speak at a higher volume to communicate with each other. There was also music playing at a volume that may have been unnecessarily loud, which might have encouraged diners to raise their voices even more. I wonder if the Moretti staff would consider turning off the music to help reduce the overall noise level in the restaurant. I would love to return to Moretti’s for more of their outstanding food, but I would be hesitant to do so if the noise level remained high. I truly enjoy having conversations at dinner without needing to shout!"

Food was fantastic. The sausage lasagna i had was delicious. We got the booth next to the fireplace, which is great on a winter evening. Prices are definitely reflective of the neighborhood, but overall a good value because of the quality of the meal.

Maybe it was an off night, but we just did not like the atmosphere very well. Our server was good, but the food was just not that good for people who like authentic Italian. We had the Grandview Moretti 's in mind, and it just felt nothing like the original. Visualizza piatti

My only gripe was that, on a Saturday evening at 6pm, the bar ran out of one of two single-malt Scotch selections ... the one I preferred after finding out they did not carry my preference. Prices were good and food and service outstanding. We shall return ... if I can bring my own Scotch.

Overall, the food was quite rich, with plenty of cheese and dairy. The drink was enjoyable, but the Caesar salad was a bit on the smaller side. The lasagna was tasty, while the whipped feta dip had a gritty texture. The fried risotto balls were quite dense, and the wedding soup was excellent.

I really enjoy dining at Moretti’s, not just because of the relaxed atmosphere and delicious food, but also due to the friendliness of some of the regular waitstaff. I especially love the chicken parmesan, although it can be a bit too salty at times, and the desserts are quite impressive as well. Visualizza piatti

After a long wait for service, we had to ask someone for assistance. Eventually, our server came over and sincerely apologized for the delay. After that, Johnny was prompt, hardworking, and checked in on us multiple times. The food was truly exceptional, and we even received a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

This was our first time here. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Moretti and can 't wait to go back for more. The Caesar salad was good, however, was very light on the dressing. So just know to ask for more! We arrived five minutes before our reservations and were told we would have to wait an hour to be served since we were a little late. I politely pushed back and said that our reservations were at 5:00 and not 4:30 like they said they were. We were shown to a table near the door (because we were late ? , so it was pretty cold. As I was getting ready to pull up our reservations, the hostess came back and told us there was a mix up and we were indeed on time. After that it was pretty s...

"Expectations weren’t nearly what I assumed one of the most well-regarded Italian restaurants in the city would be. Service was good and the food came out promptly…but flavor wise, I was pretty let-down.Tried the fig flatbread, which had the makings to be great, but the honey drizzled on top was so sweet and overpowering, that you couldn’t really taste anything but sweet/candy. Dish needed salt/acidic bite to really balance the savory aspect. For entrees, we both tried the eggplant parmigiana after great reviews. The spaghetti pesto side was decent. The eggplant parmigiana again, was incredibly overpowered by a syrupy-sweet balsamic drizzle on top, and the tomato sauce was also pretty sugary. I just felt like the entire meal was a mash of sweet, when a good parmigiana dish should have tang and acid to break through the fried and fatty flavors of the breading and pasta. I wanted to add salt, but I shouldn’t be needing to salt my foot at one or Columbus’ highest esteemed restaurants lol.I guess I should have looked at the menu better before, but there were so many weird sweet corn, leek, raisins, capers, onion cream sauce(?? etc. in so many Italian dishes that I would have never expected to be there. Again, on me for expecting a more traditional and not such a creative/American twist. Not going to rate under 4-stars however, because the atmosphere and service was good, and the ingredients were at least very fresh. It’s not bad food, I just…expected better flavors."
