"I was really looking forward to dining here, but the service was so poor that I won't be returning. I arrived at 6:30 PM to find many empty tables in the dining area. Despite this, I was informed that I couldn't be seated until after 7 PM because I didn't have a reservation. It struck me as odd to not be given a clear wait time, especially when there were so many available tables, but I tried to brush it off. While I was waiting, another group came in. When asked if they had a reservation, they said no, but the hostess mentioned something about her sons attending Arlington, and suddenly they were being escorted to one of the vacant tables. If Moretti's of Arlington intends to operate on a reservation-only basis, that’s perfectly fine, but they should a) make that clear on their website, and b) enforce that policy for ALL customers. It seems they prefer their inconsistent waiting system and favored clientele over my business."

Food was fantastic. The sausage lasagna i had was delicious. We got the booth next to the fireplace, which is great on a winter evening. Prices are definitely reflective of the neighborhood, but overall a good value because of the quality of the meal.

Maybe it was an off night, but we just did not like the atmosphere very well. Our server was good, but the food was just not that good for people who like authentic Italian. We had the Grandview Moretti 's in mind, and it just felt nothing like the original.

The food has been exceptional for more than ten years, and we have never been let down by our meals. Our server was friendly and engaging without being intrusive. The only downside is the table size; a booth for four people enjoying a full meal should be wider than about two feet.

My only gripe was that, on a Saturday evening at 6pm, the bar ran out of one of two single-malt Scotch selections ... the one I preferred after finding out they did not carry my preference. Prices were good and food and service outstanding. We shall return ... if I can bring my own Scotch. View menu

A longer than usual wait for our dinners, and then one dinner was overdone. Aaron (who was not our server) did respond quickly and took the cost of the overcooked dinner off the bill so we appreciate that. This experience was not the norm so we will be back. Usually we receive excellent food and service at Morettis.

We had a wonderful time at Moretti's. Every dish we tried, from the bread and butter to the soup and our main courses, was delicious. Our only issue was that our server was a bit slow to come back to our table. However, she was incredibly friendly and accommodating! We just didn't expect our dining experience to last 90 minutes. We will definitely be coming back!

I recently moved here from DC and have been struggling to find a local italian place that stands out. Moretti's is exactly what I was looking for. The pasta is handmade and you can taste it with each bite. Sauces are clearly secret recipes and the service is outstanding! The cauliflower appetizer and butter with the bread is delicious. We're looking forward to becoming regulars at this great restaurant! View menu

I brought my wife here for Valentine's Day. we have the best place in the house get a romantic small cabin for two with a partition on one side and a clear view of the fireplace on the other side. it was the perfect thing for a snowy evening. she got the lasagne and I got the moretti; both were amazing. it was downstairs one of our top ten eating experiences in the columbus area and we plan to visit our visits to a regular.

This was our first time here. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Moretti and can 't wait to go back for more. The Caesar salad was good, however, was very light on the dressing. So just know to ask for more! We arrived five minutes before our reservations and were told we would have to wait an hour to be served since we were a little late. I politely pushed back and said that our reservations were at 5:00 and not 4:30 like they said they were. We were shown to a table near the door (because we were late ? , so it was pretty cold. As I was getting ready to pull up our reservations, the hostess came back and told us there was a mix up and we were indeed on time. After that it was pretty s...

"Food quality Service Ambiance Value Menu selection Location/Accessibility Overall experience Date visited: 11/11/2023 During a weekend excursion to the vibrant city of Columbus, I seized the opportunity to indulge my palate in the diverse and rich flavors of Indian cuisine at Aab India Restaurant. Accompanied by my dining companion, KK, our culinary escapade unfolded with the promise of an extraordinary dining experience. Arriving just before noon, we found the exterior of Aab India unassuming, a subtle facade that betrayed little of the culinary marvels concealed within. The challenge of parking, however, proved a minor detour on our quest for gastronomic bliss. Having secured a spot in the Big Lot parking lot down the street, we waited outside, eagerly anticipating the moment when the doors would swing open to reveal the warmth and aromatic allure that awaited us. As the clock struck 12, the portal to this culinary haven opened, and we eagerly sought refuge from the brisk autumn air. A gracious staff member ushered us to a neatly arranged table, allowing my companion to peruse the menu while I immersed myself in the restaurant's ambiance. The interior unfolded with systematic organization—tables optimized for space, a bar counter adorned with a curated collection hinting at a storied history, and at the far end, a buffet counter laden with an enticing array of Indian culinary treasures. The decor, an elegant fusion of warmth and antiquity, transported diners to a bygone era. With its antique-inspired ceiling, floor, and furnishings, Aab India exuded an authenticity that promised an immersive dining experience. The warm color palette and tantalizing aroma further heightened the anticipation, especially as I imagined the ambiance taking on a magical allure as daylight gave way to night. Choosing the all-you-can-eat buffet, we joined a queue that mirrored our eagerness to explore the Indian culinary landscape. Labels adorned each tray, providing glimpses into the myriad dishes that awaited us. My plate became a canvas for a symphony of flavors—a scoop of herbal basmati rice, curry that was a departure from the familiar Chicken Tikka Masala, naan bread, fresh vegetables, and a dessert whose uniqueness intrigued my senses. Returning to our table, the first bites were revelations. The curry, a choreography of spices, danced on my palate, and the naan bread, while exemplary on its own, ascended to sublime heights when dipped in the curry. KK, fully immersed in the experience, relished basmati rice, Chicken Tikka, and an assortment of vegetables with evident delight. In the midst of our culinary reverie, an attentive waitress graced our table, ensuring our glasses remained filled. A managerial or culinary presence, keen on enhancing our experience, paid a gracious visit, adding a personal touch to our culinary journey. Our senses satiated and the ambiance savored, we lingered a while before bidding adieu to the burgeoning crowd. Overwhelmed by the newfound popularity, we settled the bill, generously tipping for the delightful fare and attentive service—a mere $16 per person, a paltry sum for the culinary symphony we had indulged in. Overall, Aab India Restaurant emerges as an unparalleled gem in the culinary scene of Columbus. A haven for those seeking not just a meal but a gastronomic journey, it stands as a testament to the alluring wonders of Indian cuisine. As I departed, the promise echoed—an assurance that whenever Columbus beckons, Aab India will be my chosen sanctuary for an encore of extraordinary flavors and warm hospitality."
