I had an incredible experience at this Jamaican restaurant! The food was some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and the service was outstanding. Everything was fresh, hot, and hearty.

Mr. Dudley, the owner, is incredibly courteous and kind. His oxtails are absolutely delicious—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. He has catered events for me, and the service was highly professional, punctual, and helpful! I will definitely continue to do business with him!

Phenomenal! We bought out the dining room for a funeral repass and they were more than accommodating. They served about 50 people and still keep the store open for walk-ins. Unpretentious neighborhood family style Caribbean restaurant. Unlike some others in East Flatbush, they have table service, but most of their business seems to be take out for walk in customers. I had baked salmon with a sweet but peppery glaze which was delicious. Rice and beans were also quite good. The side order of cabbage tasted a bit bland, but improved with salt. They also have the usual favorites curried goat, oxtail, and chicken and a small but tasty looking dessert selection.

A little-known fact is that this venue can be rented for events; it has been in this location for four years, so I highly recommend checking it out. I visited last Saturday for a repast, and everything went smoothly—the food was fantastic, and all the guests were satisfied. Miss Cherry was her usual cheerful self; she could easily have been a comedian in another life. For my meal, I had the brown stewed snapper served with rice and peas and vegetables. I also encountered the owner, who actively engaged with the guests. If you're considering a visit, note that there are limited vegetarian options, but they cater to them well. Rowe 's Atmosphere should be 4 stars because I (personally) would love to see scenic views of Jamaica and Jamaicans on the walls but I do not want to lower the overall score as to some it 's a non issue. It is a definite 5 stars for its cleanliness and pleasant ambience. Mr. Rowe recently catered an event for my family and the food was all the rage! Clean, fresh, delicious, AUTHENTIC Jamaican cuisine served piping hot at our venue. Staff is courteous, pleasant and efficient way more than can be said for most Jamaican restaurants where staff are shamefully rude. This restaurant deserves 10 stars!
