"Rowe 's Atmosphere should be 4 stars because I (personally) would love to see scenic views of Jamaica and Jamaicans on the walls but I do not want to lower the overall score as to some it 's a non issue. It is a definite 5 stars for its cleanliness and pleasant ambience. Mr. Rowe recently catered an event for my family and the food was all the rage! Clean, fresh, delicious, AUTHENTIC Jamaican cuisine served piping hot at our venue. Staff is courteous, pleasant and efficient way more than can be said for most Jamaican restaurants where staff are shamefully rude. This restaurant deserves 10 stars! Mr. Rowe is an absolute pleasure to deal with; a true professional. Please check them out you 'll be pleased. A best kept secret in the neighborhood of East Flatbush."

I had an incredible experience at this Jamaican restaurant! The food was some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and the service was outstanding. Everything was fresh, hot, and hearty.

Mr. Dudley, the owner, is incredibly courteous and kind. His oxtails are absolutely delicious—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. He has catered events for me, and the service was highly professional, punctual, and helpful! I will definitely continue to do business with him!

The only Jamaican restaurant I've been to where the employees are friendly and attentive. Instead of treating you like a beggar, they treat you like a paying customer. The food is good and the people are great. I drive here frequently even though I have places closer to my house just because of the service. View menu

The food was on point!! My staff loved every bit of it. I placed a large order for a medical office. The person who delivered got us utensils and plates when he realized that he didn’t bring any. Called the next day to ask how the food was It was so thorugful of them. Will keep ordering from them for sure :

I eat here as often as I can. I've literally tried everything on the menu! One time my card declined, and they packed up my food for me and told me to enjoy it and pay the next time I came in (that's how frequently I'm there!). I'm a huge fan of Jamaican cuisine, and this is definitely one of my favorite places.

The staff is very polite and considerate. During my first visit, my son wanted a slice of cake, but I didn't have enough cash. The lady kindly asked him which slice he wanted and just gave it to him! I was pleasantly surprised and grateful, as she really made my son's night. The food also looks and tastes fantastic. View menu

My favourite Jamaican spot I've been since being Jamaica. I had the Jerk chicken which was cooked so beautifully. It was really tender and seasoned just right. The beans and rice was maybe my favourite part! For breakfast the next day I went back and had their akie and salt fish which was amazing. I would also recommend getting the Lemmon ginger juice. Spicy and not too sweet!

Rowe's Jamaican food is fantastic! We tried the BBQ chicken, curry goat, and a large bowl of cow foot soup, and everything was delicious. The prices are still quite reasonable, especially considering the generally high costs in this part of BedStuy. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding, and we even took home a slice of yellow cake that was just as delightful. You should definitely give it a visit!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
