"If I could give this place a million stars I would! From the food to the service, every single thing was top tier. Came for brunch with a group. We did the $40 unlimited and was well worth the price. I had the daiquiri of the day and I have no idea what was in it, but it was so good I didn’t care. I ordered the jerk hash and it was so delicious and filling. Unfortunately, I took no pictures of the drinks or food because I was downing everything as if I hadn’t eaten in days. That’s how good everything was. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food and drinks. Table was very quiet when the food came, that’s how you know it’s good. We enjoyed everything so much that after we left brunch and explored other places in the area, we CAME BACK for dinner! That did not disappoint either. I had the fried chicken fried rice and wow wow wow. All the flavors were present and delectable. For my drink I had the fuggedaboudit and it was so yummy! Everyone enjoyed their dinner as well. I just shout out the curry crab Rangoon. LORDY!!! Those things were DIVINE!!! This place did not disappoint at all. The music was good. The service was exceptional. The staff was cool and attentive. This is an absolute must try place and a must return! We cannot wait to come back!!"

The flavors were fantastic but the portions were a bit small for the price.

The restaurant boasts an impressive selection of rum, and the jerk fish bowl is excellent as well.

The food here is fantastic and full of flavor. You can't go wrong by choosing this restaurant. I highly recommend it!

I found the curry sauce to be delicious, but the vegetables were undercooked. I'm not a fan of hard potatoes. The oxtail dumplings did not meet my high expectations - the meat inside was a bit dry and needed more seasoning. Visualizza piatti

Even if you aren't a fan of spicy food, Sally's is still worth a visit. The pulled pork tacos and tuna tostadas could use some improvement - the pork was hard to taste in the taco and it was soggy, and there was too much cream and seaweed on the tuna tostadas. However, the oxtail short rib dumplings and crab rangoon are consistently delicious. While I didn't order the fried rice this time, it is usually quite good too.

My friend and I had lunch at Sally's and while the food was good, it wasn't exceptional. Our server, however, was attentive and prompt. We found the cost to be expensive $90+ for lunch for two wasn't worth it. Moreover, we did not like the mandatory 20% gratuity (which we would have left regardless) that was not disclosed unless it was on the menu and we overlooked it which was highly unlikely. Unfortunately it was an experience that neither of us would repeat.

Deceptive pricing practices! An automatic 20% tip is added to all bills, but when it's time to pay, this amount is labeled as "fees and charges," and you're asked for a tip again. I had to confirm with the server whether the 20% was included, and they didn't proactively mention it. This feels like a sneaky way to maximize profit at the expense of customers. I left feeling taken advantage of, and I won't be returning; I'll be choosing to support businesses with better practices instead. Visualizza piatti

Sally's in Bedstuy is a hidden gem! I couldn't resist trying the ramen with coconut milk, and let me tell you, it was so good. The fusion of Caribbean and Asian flavors was genius. The creamy coconut milk gave the ramen great twist. And then there were the crab tacos – oh boy! They were fresh, flavorful but kinda small. I could've eaten a dozen of those. But the oxtail dumplings stole the show for me. Tender oxtail meat wrapped in delicate dumplings – pure perfection. The atmosphere at Sally's is chill and welcoming, making it a great spot for a relaxed evening with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. If you're in Bedstuy and craving some ramen...

Just happened upon Sally 's while strolling down Tompkins last Sunday. We ordered the CURRY CRAB RANGOON, which was a tiny tasty bite but it went downhill from there. Ordered the GUACAMOLE, bland and may have been about 1/4 cup for the serving with a massive amount of wonton chips. When I inquired with the waiter about the pickled veggies that were supposed to accompany it, I was told it was minced up inside, it wasn 't. Perhaps if it were, there might have been some flavor. For the main course we ordered the SHRIMP FRIED RICE and CRISPY JERK FISH. The thin piece of fish was under seasoned and overcooked, crispy alright, to the point where there was no flesh of the fish remaining. This was a...

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
