"I'm giving three stars because of the quality of wait staff and food; however, the cook is a jerk. He served us our food for some reason (guessing the waitress was busy) and threw down our food on our table because we mentioned that our daughter didn't want cheese on her hamburger (like we had requested). The lack of stars is because I reached out to the owners who never got back to me about my concern. That lack of follow-up shows me that the owners don't give a crap about my concern, and that makes me not want to return to their restaurant."
