If your black wouldn’t recommend going they ask me to pay a tap before I was finished ordering but didn’t ask anyone else

Service was good, but highly overrated and overpriced. A beer costed around $15 when other places just a couple minutes away is half the price

The burgers are top notch…and it’s hard to be a good burger joint. We got the shared basket combo with truffle fries. Hands down, one of the best truffle fries I have had — extra crispy and piping hot. If you want a

Great experience at 25 degrees... Classic 1920s hotel and restaurant. Just flew in from DC and grabbed lunch. Nice selection of West Coast beer on tap, and the No 1 Burger was awesome. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Service was great too. Recommended! View menu

Waited an hour without any service. It wasn’t a busy time—11:30 pm. There were at least five servers behind the bar, wrapping napkins, but none were serving tables. We were the first to arrive, the last to be served, and received nothing during the entire wait. Worst experience during our visit in the very famous Walk of fame.

We have been in LA for almost a week now. We have been staying in Burbank. We came to Hollywood for the last night of our vacation. LET ME TELL YOU, THE DIFFERENCE IN FOOD, SERVICE, AND ACTUALLY REGARD FOR GUESTS IS NIGHT AND DAY. The service was absolutely terrible. Not once were we asked if our food was good. Not once was my husband’s soda refilled. The chic strips were so burnt my son wouldn’t eat them. Only the fries were edible. My husbands burger was so salty you couldn’t even eat it. At least I couldn’t. He did because he was hungry. I ate my pancakes because honestly they were good. However I love my griddle stuff covered in butter which I would have asked for more if the waitress wo...

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
