"Got to work and realized that food was missing. Called back up there the manager lied and said he told me to check my food before I left. I got the order and decided to check the number of sauces that were in the bag because the last time I was missing some. I checked the bag on my own, not once did he say check your order before leaving. I called back up there to politely let them know I wanted to come back and get the missing items. I was denied and then the manager was called on another line and he again lied about what was told to me. If this is how y’all do business it sucks. I also asked for a refund of the items that were missing and was told no again, I needed to call the bank and get the refund on my own because they weren’t going to do it. Crystal, the young lady that was at the counter last week answered the phone and relayed the messages between the two of us. The Hispanic manager is who I interacted with while I.was in the store and there was an older lady on break at the table and she heard everything. Had he gave me the refund or the food I wouldn’t have any problems but no he wanted to act an azz about something I paid for and didn’t receive. Y’all will kill your own business with staff and “rules” like this. I was coming back up there with another coworker who was ready to spend more money with y’all and he longer wants to even try y’all. It’s ridiculous."

I tried the shrimp po boy it was really good it had lettuce,cole slaw and remoulade sauce which was yummy. I also took some poboys to go for my family at home they all enjoyed them. Will definitely be back.

Melvin was a great attendant the service was excellent. The food was delicious and I want to say I'm so grateful for Melvin my husband is paralyzed and he came out to the car and help me with him out of the wheelchair into the restaurant very nice guy I will be back to visit again enjoy myself and the food

Most delicious place ever!! Highly recommend!! Also shout out to Elmer !!! I ate lunch today and I completely forgot my WEDDING RING!! On the table!! I left and came bout maybe an hour later and thank god for him!!! He turned it in not everyone would do that!!! Best employees there !! They all helped me and I bursted out in tears when they said they had my ring!! So thank you guys so much !! Excellent customer service every time !!
