"I ordered the Reuben sandwich, and it was incredibly delicious and nicely portioned. I could only finish half of it before succumbing to a food coma—it's definitely one of the best Reuben sandwiches I've ever had. However, I found it to be quite overpriced; I paid over $30 for a sandwich and fries. Additionally, the service left much to be desired. The guy who took my order seemed disinterested and looked like he would rather be anywhere else. When I went to pick up my order, the lady at the counter had an attitude that I found uncalled for. She called my pickup number, but I didn't realize it was on the receipt, and her response was dismissive, implying I should have paid more attention. That level of service was unnecessary and is why I’m giving this place a lower rating."

Got a Reuben for dinner. Really friendly service, amazing pastrami. They gave us samples while making the sandwiches.

The food was outstanding! However, I found it to be seriously overpriced—two sandwiches with fries cost $80! That feels like too much to me. View menu

I ordered the half sandwich with soup for $23. The food was decent, but I quickly lost my appetite when I saw how much plastic was used for such a small order. Everything was wrapped in plastic—sometimes even two or three layers! If you reduced your spending on plastic, maybe the prices wouldn't be so high. It's 2022; let's do better.

He also particularly enjoyed the lemonade, claiming it had a hint of ginger in it. My husband was so impressed by his dad's experience that he ordered one for himself too! While the experience might differ from the original, it was fantastic to try it out in Brooklyn. The sandwich was $28 and the lemonade was $4. While it’s a bit pricey, it was worth it for the experience. However, I can't say it would be something I'd indulge in regularly. View menu

My sister treated me to this meal as a welcome gift after my frustrating missed flight, and it truly hit the spot. The classic combination of pickles and pastrami was absolutely delightful. The pastrami was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of fat, which made my heart skip a beat. I devoured the sandwich in one go without a second thought. I have to admit, this will always be a staple for me in New York. I recommend dining in to soak up the lively atmosphere, and definitely try both the pickles and cucumbers—they're the perfect palate cleansers to refresh your taste buds before diving back into another sandwich!

I ordered the Reuben sandwich, which was incredibly delicious and had a generous portion. I could only manage to finish half before succumbing to a food coma. "When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
