"Adee’s Coffee Roasters offers an excellent house blend called B-More Blend, which I found perfect for my espresso needs—whether in a latte or an Americano. I prefer coffee beans roasted between light and medium, and this blend fits the bill perfectly. My oat latte was light, bright, with lovely chocolatey and nutty notes. We also tried the flat whites, which were just right. Since they roast their beans onsite, you can be sure the coffee is always fresh. The cafe has a great atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming. Recommended dishes include the Coconut Danish, Cheese Danish, Chicken Pot Pie, Hamburg, Sea Smoke Bagel, and Monte Cristo. They also clearly label vegetarian options. Overall, a fantastic spot for brunch with top-notch service and ambiance."

The espresso drinks here are well-crafted. The spacious interior offers plenty of tables, making it ideal for remote work or studying. The pastries are decent—above average, though not outstanding. Service is excellent. Dine-in experience. Price per person: $1–10. Food: 4/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. Highly recommend the Cheese Danish.

The Pastrami sandwich is absolutely amazing! We always order the cortado with almond milk cappuccino, sweetened with lavender jasmine tea, and grab a bag of coffee beans to take home. You even earn points with each visit! The atmosphere is fantastic—I wish I could live here. The bagels are huge and loaded with plenty of cream cheese! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
