Cena di Lavoro, accanito carnivoro. Dopo lunghe ricerche per la migliore Fiorentina da gustare, in giro per il mondo, l'ho trovata proprio qui, vicino casa. Ottima la frollatura, deliziosa la cottura, attenta e corretta, perfetto il servizio e l'impiattamento su piastra di ghisa calda e la T-Bone servita in verticale. Olio e sale a vostro piacimento, il tutto accompagnato da un piattino con patatine rustiche fritte, ottime! Bravissimi, farò certamente ritorno con amici e per lavoro!
