"Osteria in quel di Chieti Scalo, ottima per un momento di tranquillità. Ambiente informale, cucina semplice e con piatti della tradizione abruzzese. L'antipasto completo già è sufficiente, io ho preso anche l'entrecote di pecora alla griglia che consiglio. Ho apprezzato anche la selezione musicale in sottofondo, rock anni 70/90."

"I recently visited Fermenta and was blown away by the quality of their food. The pizza was cooked to perfection and had the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the sauce was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Fermenta and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in search of a delicious pizza!"

"This TrattoOsteria, as the sign says, is already worth visiting for the owner: a slaughtering istrionic, as there are few. And only he, who graciously irreverent, ironic and smiling imperverted to the hall, would go the five stars. The style of the room is still in the 1980s, with the walls covered with posters with scenes of films by Quentin Tarantino. And, I guarantee, the mix is paradoxically explosive. The dishes, then, are delicious: from the very rich and tasty appetizers, who expected us ready at the table when we arrived; to the first of the tradition, that we wanted to avoid for problems of space in the stomach but that the owner pleasantly forced us at least to taste. Special mention for large hand cut roasters, real specialty of the house: wonderful! We enjoyed both the small, the classics that are located throughout the area, and the famous large hand cutters: both excellent, but the hand cut ones are at a much higher level. Giant portions, honest price. Mostly thinking that is also included the spectacular verve of the landlord!"

"They say, if Italians are eating at the restaurant, then you know the food is going to be good. This restaurant is our FAVOURITE in Pianella. We have been on a family holiday to Pianella for the past 2 years (and fingers crossed we will be going for a third time this year in August). We stumbled upon this restaurant as it is at the end of the road, from where we stay. The first time we stayed in Pianella, we ate here 7 nights out of 14. The second time we came to Pianella we ate here 10 times out of 14. The staff are all so lovely, helpful and polite, they recognised us last year when we went back and it felt so lovely to be welcomed in a foreign country, that now feels like a second home. The food is incredible. It is classic Italian homecooked, fresh food. We speak very little Italian, and therefore had little idea what we had ordered. The food seemed to continuously arrive at the table and all of it was so delicious. The house wine which is around 5 euros, for a small bottle, is exceptional, better than most overpriced wines that you are served back in the UK. This is value for money the restaurant is not expensive but the food is high quality and fresh. Totally affordable. There is seating both indoors and outdoors and it is in such a beautiful setting. I could not recommend this restaurant more. If you are visiting Pianella, please go and visit this beautiful, family run restaurant you will not regret it. We love you La Gallina!"
