"So i really loved Akitas but.. since they have went up on their prices it seems like the chicken/steak has gotten more chewy an kinda hard to eat, the carrots have gotten a little slimy?.. didn't know that could happen. An parking lot is super small! So if you're going through the drive through you may end up on the highway from the line being backed up so definitely be careful.. I figured if the price goes up the food would get better but it hasn't been the past four times I have been."

Disappointed. I've been here a hundred times and use to love this place. I've never had a bad experience until today. All the food use to be beyond amazing. Steak is no longer melt in your mouth tender. It's now tough, dry and was charred. Definitely not the same beef. Scallops didn't taste fresh like usual really fishy tasting) and the rice was different. I pray it was just a bad day and not the result of new leadership changing things. :
